This cozy apartment is located in the authentic Andalusian style urbanization âTio Charlesâ with stunning panoramic views over the Mediterranean Sea, Sierra Nevada mountains and the Fuengirola bay. The urbanization is very tranquil, so you can relax and enjoy the stunning views, though in walking distance to the famous white village/town of Benalmadena Pueblo with all amenities such as countless restaurants, bars, shops and several local attractions.
The apartment is in 2 levels with 118 m2 located on the first line of the urbanization, where the views are undisturbed and breathtaking:
Lower level: features a spacious and bright living room with ceiling to floor glass doors leading to a 35 m2 large south facing uncovered terrace with lots of sun and beautiful views, a totally renovated (2023) fully equipped kitchen with all appliances such as dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer and coffee machine, dining table with 6 chairs, and a guest toilet. From the terrace/patio there is direct access to the garden & pool-area through a lockable gate. The pool area is on the same level as the terrace.
Upper floor: features 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and double beds. The master bedroom with ceiling to floor glass door is leading to a 11 m2 large south-west facing covered terrace with panoramic views. It has 2 large pools with sunbeds and green lawns, one of which is located on a cliff with wonderful views over the sea, and a large and well-maintained garden with tropical trees and green lawns and exceptional views. There are free parking spaces on the street.
