Close to Marbella, Puerto Banus, and San Pedro, as well as many excellent beaches; this apartment is perfect for couples, family, business travellers & golfers. As guest you will be staying in one of the best areas in Marbella/Benahavis. Here you will be able to enjoy quality time at your holiday with beautiful and safe surroundings.
The space
The apartment is located in the private gated development of La Torre in Los Arqueros Golf & Country Club. This apartment offers luxury and comfort inside and outside. There are 4 lovely communal pools, beautiful gardens, and great views in this wonderful property area that has plenty of sun on its 2 terraces......
Inside, the apartment is furnished with new, beautiful furniture, air conditioning (hot and cold), marble floors throughout, free Wi-Fi and over 100 satellite channels. (Plenty of US, UK and Scandinavian TV-channels. In addition guest have access to all major news channels of the world). The kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped. Guests have two bathrooms, (one en suite) with shower and bathtub. This development is very popular and guests will not be disappointed.
The apartment is situated on Los Arqueros Golf Club, and is among the five best on the Costa del Sol. ( The first one designed by the golf pro Severiano Ballesteros).
Los Arqueros Country Club offers paddle-tennis, tennis, squash, gym, sauna, table football and a children's playground, all you need to enjoy an exceptional holiday.
Here you are surrounded by beautiful scenery and luxurious property in a 24/7 guarded area with 18 hole golf course, Club house, 4 pcs pools, and all close to the center of Marbella.

5 minutes south of the apartment you come to San Pedro. A district in Marbella where you find specialty shops, bakeries, restaurants and a myriad of Spanish tapas bars. Only 8 minutes away from the apartment, buy car, you come to the world-renowned luxury yacht marina, Puerto Banus.
A walk along the pier and a snack at one of the restaurants offer plenty of pleasant experiences. If you are looking for something great for yourself, you will find something that suits in Puerto Banus. The area screams the major fashion brands like Louis Vuitton, Prada and Bvlgari for your attention. At night in Puerto Banus, you have a number of great bars to visit.
Besides the exclusive boutiques and extravagant life, Marbella has succeeded in retaining its AndalucĂa charm. Small towns, sea and history also attract those seeking a holiday just to relax.
