House Rules:
- Check-in time is between 3 pm to 5 pm, Monday to Friday
- Check-out time is before 10am
- Special key arrangement outside normal office hours i.e. late arrival after 5 pm and Saturdays/Public Holidays, can be arranged,
subject to prior agreement made and fee apply.
- The guest(s) to contact Property Manager (Habisben office) minimum 3 working days prior to
arrival.
- Key collection at Habisben office at the Clubhouse.
- Departure, key to be dropped at Habisben office or drop key box.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Free parking for one car on the premises.
- Pets are not allowed in the apartment at the property.
- There is a departure cleaning fee applied to every booking to be included in the total booking fee.
