Whether you`re here for a UMHB Crusaders game weekend, a multi-family summer getaway, a milestone birthday, or a friends` trip that`s been on the calendar for two years, this house makes it memorable.

HOUSE MANUAL

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-ins are 4pm and Check-outs are 10:00am. If there are extenuating circumstances that require an exception to these times, we will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee approval. Anything outside of an hour change to these times may result in an extra fee. Please notify us of any issues you have with the home within the first hour of checking in or immediately upon incident.

GARBAGE: Please make sure all of the garbage is gathered and placed in the garbage cans located in the bathroom and kitchen.

MAX OCCUPANCY: There is a maximum occupancy of 16 guests at all times. Please make sure to account for all adults and children, including infants, and pets.

SEWER: Please be conscientious of anything that goes down the drain. Excess food should be scraped off dishes into the garbage. For toilets, unless it has come out of your body, please do not flush anything besides septic-safe toilet paper (provided). No wet-wipes, diapers, paper towels, feminine products, condoms, etc.

NO SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking of anything inside the property. Please use designated smoking areas around the property. There will be a $350/occurrence fine for a violation. No illegal drugs of any kind are allowed on property.

PET POLICY: We LOVE dogs and recognize their importance to our families. Our house can accommodate a maximum of two non-aggressive-breed medium-sized dogs for an extra $85.00/stay fee for first pet to cover the extra cleaning fee, and $50.00/stay fee for second pet. The pet fee does not cover damage done by the dog. Dogs must be well-behaved and are not allowed on furniture (please bring a dog bed for convenience). Dogs must be crated if left home alone and we highly recommend they be leashed when outside. No cats allowed.

SECURITY CAMERAS: We have security cameras on the exterior of the home. Covering cameras or tampering with them will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction without refund. There are no cameras or recording devices anywhere inside the home.

QUIET HOURS: Please no loud music or voices after 10pm or before 7am.

CHILDREN: While the property is totally suitable for kids, it is not child proofed. Electrical outlets are not covered, and sharp corners don’t have bumpers, etc. Please monitor your children of all ages at all times.

WIFI: We have outstanding internet service that is yet to have any issues. The log on information will be sent as part of the check-in information.

FIREARMS are not allowed on the property.
