**3 Independent and Fully Equipped Apartments:**
Each features 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin), a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace, heating, and air conditioning. Perfect for families or groups who want their own private space.
**Bunk Room:**
An additional and versatile area with 2 bunk beds, ideal for younger guests, with its own private bathroom.
**The Heart of the House – The Central Courtyard:**
A spacious patio with a traditional well, providing access to all apartments and featuring a built-in barbecue—the perfect gathering spot for outdoor meals and summer evenings.
