Kick back and relax in this calm and stylish 2-bedroom beachfront penthouse located in the brand-new residence Aurore Beach Villas in Belle Mare. With its private lift opening directly into the apartment, this penthouse offers complete privacy, comfort, and a truly effortless holiday experience.

The space features two elegant en-suite bedrooms — one with a king-size bed and one with a queen-size bed — both equipped with air-conditioning and blackout curtains. The master suite includes its own bathroom with a bathtub. The living area is bright and comfortable, with a Smart TV, air-conditioning, and an indoor dining table. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, dishwasher, and washing machine.

The highlight of the penthouse is its large terrace overlooking the turquoise lagoon of Belle Mare. Furnished with an outdoor dining table, an outdoor sofa set, and two sunbeds, it is the perfect place to soak in the calm surroundings, enjoy long meals, read, unwind, or simply admire the lagoon. The beach in front is swimmable, calm, and offers pleasant snorkeling. On the right-hand side, the lagoon even forms a natural swimming pool.

Guests benefit from direct beach access, 24/7 security, access to the common swimming pool, and two private parking spaces within the residence. Bed linens, towels, and pool towels are provided, and housekeeping is included from Monday to Saturday for a few hours each day. A welcome pack is prepared for your arrival, and we can arrange an arrival meal on request. The penthouse is ideally located within walking distance of two local restaurants, as well as the Solana Beach and Lux* Belle Mare hotels.

A rental car is recommended for exploring the area and the island comfortably. Please note that the penthouse is best suited for adults, and we do not accept children
