With a brand-new kitchen/living room and two large bedrooms this unit is large enough to keep everyone in one spot to create amazing memories! Its prime location is steps from The Legend club house, Starbucks, Summit Ski Hill, indoor/outdoor pools, tubing, kids park, The Lakeview Hotel, Shanty Town (3 restaurants that also share an outdoor seating common area with night life entertainment on most evenings) and some of the most amazing views!

The condo unit itself is gorgeous and has a lot to offer! The fully furnished kitchen is new and can accommodate all your cooking and cleaning needs! The remodeled living room comes with a 55" smart TV to help stream your favorite apps, a wood fireplace (firewood included during the winter months), back deck access, comfy seating and has the ability to easily sleep 4 with an extremely comfortable queen murphy bed and a pullout queen sofa bed. The large bedrooms each have 2 double beds, a 55" smart TV, a small wet bar, private decks and a private bathroom. The third bathroom is located just off the kitchen and you will also have access to the washer and dryer.

Staying with us you will also be provided a Shanty Creek pool card, which includes access to three different pools.

Shanty Creek and the beautiful Bellaire area provide you with activities all year long. Shanty Creek offers: 4 Championship Golf Courses, 46 ski runs, terrain parks, and tubing hill, and numerous other amenities such as 30 kilometers of cross-country trails, 5 indoor/outdoor pools, wellness spa, nearby lakes and several dining options. The resort offers a free shuttle to Bellaire (a quick 5-mile trip) where you will find shops, restaurants, and entertainment for all. Interested in hiking or mountain bike trails? You will find Glacial Hills which features 31.5 miles of hiking, mountain biking and winter sports.
Is it summer memories you’re after? The Outdoors provides you with access to the private Summit Beach Club on Lake Bellaire or you can travel a bit further to visit Torch lake, Traverse City, Petosky or Charlevoix. Sleeping Bear dunes and Lake Michigan are an easy 45-minute care ride. Paddle board or canoe through the chain of lakes or rent a jet ski or pontoon and cruise through with ease. Come back to The Outdoors and cook s’mores on our fire pit while watching falling stars under a stellar norther sky.
