Very horrible VRBO experience
Came in Oct 5 at 3 pm for check in. Grazia Pappalardo, host said we cannot come in because the unit is flooded because of plumbing issues. At 3 pm? She just told us , we're going to take you at one of our nearby apartments and took one of my rolling luggage. During that time, I was thinking about safety already. We went to an apt with no. 35 on it. (dont know the street). It's on the fifth floor but anybody can have access to the bathroom outside the room we are in. The next day, I called the no. which I used to communicate with Grazia Pappalardo and she told me I sent you an email. I said where because I communicate through yahoo.com or gmail.com. She said whatsapp. I was not using whatsapp so I have to activate it during that time. She told me that she will remove all our belongings from #35 apt to the original one because she said plumbing issues were fixed already. I said I was not informed at once and told her not to please touch our belongings and I will be back at 2 pm. She said no. I can't find some documents and tried VRBO but they say call again the host. Grazia finally answered and she got so mad and shouting "Stop talking!!" She sent somebody to show where she put the documents. There was no hot water and no answer for our calls. The host is insulting, humiliating and shouting when you need help and panicking. There's an AC but not working. The mattress is 8 inch put in wooden slats with a metal headboard. I can't write everything here but don't even consider!
