Enchanting mountain chalet in wood and stone, nestled in the San Primo forest, a few kilometres from Como and Lecco.



The house, ideal for those who want to spend a holiday in the name of relaxation and nature, is developed over two floors. On the ground floor there is the welcoming living area with a lounge furnished with a dining table and small sofas gathered around the fireplace, and a splendid kitchen equipped with every comfort. The floor is completed by a bathroom with shower. Going up comfortable wooden stairs you access the attic completely in wood where there is the sleeping area composed of two bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a double bed, while the other has a single bed. A further bathroom with full service completes the second floor.



The house enjoys a splendid outdoor space furnished and very green lawns that extend to the woods that surround it.

Lake Como offers some of the most evocative urban, landscape and architectural gems of the entire Italian peninsula. First among the numerous reasons why this lake is famous throughout the world is the beauty of its landscapes: it is surrounded by mountains and hosts picturesque fishing villages, splendid villas, parks and scenic routes. The best way to discover the beauties of the lake is by navigating its waters. Its characteristic inverted Y shape is given by the three branches that compose it: Colico to the north, Lecco to the south-east and Como to the south-west. The main urban centre is Como, an elegant and romantic city that hosts several villas, monuments and a very scenic waterfront. However, there are many villages not to be missed: on the Como branch, Bellagio stands out, the pearl of Lario, Cernobbio, Argegno, Tremezzo with its Villa Carlotta, Menaggio and the ancient village of Nesso characterised by romantic views. On the eastern shore of the lake, dominated by Lecco, it is worth visiting Varenna and Bellano with its characteristic Orrido. This destination is also perfect for lovers of trekking and outdoor walks, thanks to its numerous trails such as the Sentiero del Viandante (40 km) and the Greenway del Lago di Como (approximately 10 km).



The traditional cuisine of the lake is also excellent, from fish to cheeses to desserts. The perfect combination of lake and mountain can be appreciated on the tables of the numerous restaurants in the area.



The apartment is 1 hour and 30 minutes by car from Orio al Serio airport.
