The Space:
Single-story home, direct ground level access with driveway and garage parking. This house comfortably accommodates 6 people. Good-sized kitchen with 4-seat high-top nook table and 6-person dining room table. Master suite on one side of home, two other comfortable bedrooms with bathroom on the other – all with king-sized beds! Partially covered patio off the back with great view of nature. Equipped with a small electric griddle grill on deck and a charcoal grill in garage.
We love dogs, so your furry friends are welcome! Dogs are allowed with prior approval at this property. There is an additional fee of $40 per pet per stay that will be charged after booking is confirmed. Please let us know if you plan to bring a dog so that we can get it approved. We ask that you clean up your pets waste out of the yard during your stay. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and must be crated when no one is home with them (kennel is not provided so we ask that you plan to bring one). Additional fees will apply for excessive hair or other additional cleaning due to not following pet rules.

Other Things to Note:
The owner of this house does not allow use of the fireplace for safety reasons. Dogs allowed with prior approval, there is an additional $40 pet fee and pets must be on leash outside of the house. No cats allowed. The jets in the tub do not work but it is still wonderfully relaxing to sit and soak in
One MaxiViz security camera at the front of the house facing the front door that is capable of recording audio and video and will be recording at all times.
