No pets are allowed.

Parking: We have parking for (3) vehicles: 2 vehicles in the driveway plus 1 vehicle in the garage. Secure bike/gear storage is also provided on property.

Accessibility: We have an extra-wide step-free front entrance plus step-free garage and kitchen entrances to the main level, seamless floors throughout, step-free access to the main level decks and an accessible shower chair on the main level.

The Smart TVs give you access to popular streaming services, but you will have to use your own subscriptions.

Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

★ Smoking and Pets are not allowed. This is a strictly non-smoking, non-vaping, and pet-free property. Our cleaning team inspects the home after each stay and reports any evidence of smoking, vaping, or pets, including odors and pet hair. A $300 fee will be charged for any unauthorized pets or violations of our smoking policy.
