Pedal Vista is laid out to provide both comfort and functionality for your stay. The main living area provides a welcoming place to gather, with an easy flow into the dining space and fully equipped kitchen for shared meals and conversation. Out back, a peaceful patio overlooks the trees, offering a quiet spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening while taking in the natural beauty of Bella Vista.
The primary bedroom features a king bed and an attached private bathroom, creating a relaxing retreat at the end of the day. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, while the third bedroom includes two single beds, making it a great option for kids or additional guests. An additional full bathroom is conveniently located to serve the second and third bedrooms.
Guest Access:
Guests will receive a unique door code prior to arrival for convenient keyless entry through the front door. Guests can park in the three parking spaces directly in front of the townhome with additional parking across the street and east of the townhome near a retaining wall.

Nestled in a quiet Bella Vista neighborhood, this home offers a peaceful setting surrounded by mature trees and natural beauty. You will enjoy the calm, residential feel while still being a short drive from downtown Bentonvilleâs restaurants, shopping, and attractions, making it easy to experience both relaxation and adventure during your stay.
Getting Around:
A vehicle is recommended for getting around the area. The home is readily accessible via paved roads, making arrival and departure easy. Bella Vista is a residential community with attractions, trails, and lakes spread throughout, and there are ample bike trails in the area for those looking to explore on two wheels. The home offers garage parking, and additional driveway parking may be available. Downtown Bentonville, grocery stores, restaurants, and other amenities are just a short drive away.
