This newly built home features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, vaulted ceilings, and a bright open-concept layout perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Northwest Arkansas. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living spaces, a spacious covered back deck surrounded by trees, and convenient access to nearby golf courses, lakes, hiking, and biking trails. Ideal for couples, families, and weekend getaways.
The Space:
Step inside to an inviting open-concept layout where the living room, dining area, and kitchen flow seamlessly together, creating a comfortable space to gather and relax. The kitchen features a large island with plenty of room for cooking and meal prep, making it easy to spend time together during your stay. Large windows and vaulted ceilings bring in natural light and add to the home’s bright and welcoming feel.
The home includes three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed and a private attached bathroom. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, while the third bedroom offers a bunk bed setup that is perfect for kids, friends, or additional guests. The second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom, providing a practical layout for families, couples, or small groups.
From the main living area, step outside to enjoy the spacious back deck and peaceful wooded surroundings — the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring Bella Vista. Guests also have access to the garage for parking and additional storage during their stay.

Guests will receive a unique door code prior to arrival for convenient keyless entry through the front door. The garage is available for parking and use during their stay.
