The space
Whispering Timbers is in a quiet residential neighborhood about 2 miles off the main highway in Bella Vista. Newly remodeled in 2022. House is an open concept design, which gives a spacious feel to the living, dining and kitchen area. The very large master bedroom with king bed has its own bathroom and separate access to the sunroom. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed. Bedroom #3 has a twin-over-queen bunkbed. The sunroom is our favorite room in every season with its natural light and view of the woods.

Extremely clean and well-maintained property. We loved the coziness of the gas fireplace and the sunroom. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary utensils. My friends and I enjoyed a nice weekend in, walked the nearby trails, and loved the house as a neat and tidy retreat! All the spaces appeared as advertised in the listing. There was some confusion on check-in--the code provided to me didn't work and I had to call the owner of the property a few times before I received a response and a new code. Once that was resolved, our stay was seamless and we had no other issues. We would definitely stay here again!

This house was absolutely beautiful, the owners were so easy to communicate with. They added welcome candy, coffee and chips.The garage space and screened in porch were awesome.The only thing one person in my party said it could use is a mirror in the two bedrooms (not the master)...her words "all girls like to have a mirror"I highly recommend this house...i wanted to stay and live in it!!!Thank you for a great experience with the house...i will definitely call on ya'll again when i am in Arkansas!!!

Great location

We had a wonderful stay. Easy drive to all trails in the area. Comfortable beds and accommodations. Enjoyed having my tea on the porch in the morning. Our hosts were quick to respond to any inquires. Only negative is it’s located on a busy road and turning left out of the driveway can be challenging

Great location and lovely home!

Wonderful home in quiet area, exactly as pictures show. Well maintained and had everything we needed and more. Very thoughtfully appointed and even had snacks and coffee bar. Close to Mildred Cooper Chapel if you are holding an event there. It was perfect for our stay!

INCREDIBLE Property!

This home is THE top standard for all other VRBO homes. Incredible place. Quiet, cozy, updated with a spacious floor plan. Comfortable beds. Well-furnished and stocked kitchen. 100% accuracy on representation in listing. Owners Mary/Dino have thought of everything right down to the coffee bar and snack station. The 3 season room is the definition of tranquility. Comfy couch with a big TV. Large Master with bathroom. 3 car climate controlled garage. Couldn’t have found a better property for our stay.

Great Stay/Great House

Our “just the girls” weekend couldn’t have been better. Our hosts took great care to make sure our stay would be perfect! They thought of just about anything one would need for a comfortable stay. Coffee (from the coffee bar) in the sun room in the mornings was so relaxing. Lots of fun birds to watch! The house was super clean and tastefully decorated. It did not disappoint!
