LAUNDRY:
Guests may use the laundry room for an additional fee. To keep nightly rates affordable for those who don’t need laundry services, it is not included by default. Guests can request and add laundry access at any time during their stay.

PETS: We welcome stays with your lovely furry friend, however, there is a pet fee of US$25 per day.

SAFETY NOTE: As with most cities in Central America, we recommend avoiding walking alone late at night and instead using a taxi for added comfort and ease.

GUEST SUPPORT: This rental is ideal for the independent traveler. We do not live on the premises, so support is provided remotely via phone or chat messaging. In-person assistance is available only in case of an emergency.

*The apartment is rented EXCLUSIVELY to your group, and no areas — including the kitchen and living room — will be shared with anyone else.

SCALED PRICING SYSTEM:
• If your party consists of 1–2 guests, you will have exclusive access to one bedroom, one bathroom, the kitchen, and living room, while the second bedroom and bathroom will remain locked. The laundry room is available as an optional service for an additional fee.
• For 3–4 guests, the second bedroom and bathroom will be unlocked. An additional $25 per guest per stay applies after the first two guests.
• For 5–6 guests, the sofa can be converted into an extra bed, and extra sheets, pillows, and towels will be provided.

Why we do this:
Our goal is to make nightly rates affordable for travelers visiting alone or as a couple. Limiting access to 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom helps reduce cleaning/laundry, and electricity costs, while still providing a comfortable stay.


Apartment Description:
• Each bedroom is air-conditioned and features a comfortable queen bed with a pillow-top mattress and plush down pillows for a restful night’s sleep. Blockout curtains, a ceiling fan, and air conditioning ensure your comfort at any time of day. The room also includes a full-length mirror and nightstands to conveniently place your belongings.
• Each bathroom is stocked with body soap, shampoo, conditioner, a blow dryer, and a set of fresh towels for your convenience.
• The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, and essential items, including complimentary filtered drinking water, a gas range with oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator, toaster, and coffee maker. The living room features a smart TV with Netflix, along with board games for your enjoyment.


SAFETY MEASURES
For everyone’s peace of mind, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras monitoring building entrances. Photo ID verification through the booking platform is required prior to confirmed stays.
