CORAL PARADISE VILLAS- We offer 3 newly renovated apartments that are situated in one of the safest areas of Belize City. Safest: we are on the same street as the Panama Embassy, and 1 block away from our Ex-Prime Minister’s Home. Just a 2 min walk from the Ocean a 15 min drive from the Int. Airport & 10 min from downtown. You'll be a 2 min walk from the popular local restaurant ‘Smokeez’, & neighboring Stores. Stay with us to visit popular tourist attractions like the Mayan ruins, & Islands!
APARTMENT INFO:
Both of our Villas are a fully furnished 2-bedroom one bath with a fully stocked kitchen and a spacious living room designed to make guests feel at home while away from home.
The cozy air-conditioned Master bedroom features a queen bed with 2 nightstands, a private closet with a safe, and a smart TV with access to Netflix and YouTube. The cozy air-conditioned Guest bedroom offers a double bed with a night stand and a private closet. The apartment includes a full kitchen with a fridge, cooktop, microwave, and a coffee maker. We provide sugar, creamer, coffee, teas, spices, and 2 bottled water for your stay. The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and fresh, clean white towels. we offer a blow-up mattress upon request for free. We have an onsite shared washer and dryer to be used by all guest. The living room and kitchen are equipped with AC, ceiling fan, a bar table with 4 bar chairs and a 65 inchTV with Netflix and YouTube. We also offer a porch area with chairs and a table for those who wish to smoke comfortably outside.
PARKING:
Please note that we only offer street parking. The area is well-lit at night by a street light that illuminates the road and parked vehicles, so there is no need to be concerned about safety. We also park our personal vehicles on the street every night.
THE PROPERTY:
Our boutique Stylish Villa - Apartments offers only 2 apartments in total so you will have less interactions with guest vs in a mass hotel setting. Our outdoor sitting area is meant for all our guests and serves as a smoking area if you choose to smoke cigarettes or vapes - No marijuana!
We are currently renovating our back yard, and landscape to offer a ‘chillout’ area for our guest to improve our overall experience.
LAUNDRY:
We DO NOT offer laundry services however we can refer you to local laundry services withing city limits.
SORRY, we love pets but NO PETS ALLOWED.
We offer in person greeting by the host to ensure we relay all necessary information to our guests.
Checking out:
We ask that you turn off all AC, and TV and close all doors and windows and leave the keys in our drop box. Combination for drop box will be provided!
*We can arrange early check-in or late check-out (up to 1pm) for an additional fee of 15 USD, subject to availability.
