Brand new bright apartment in the center of city with all services.This comfortable apartment in the heart of Belgrade will be your perfect resting point. Quiet but in lovely and lively area of Old town with many restaurants, bars. Very close to Kalemegdan fortress, Skadarlija (Bohemian quarter), Main pedestrian street-Knez Mihajlova is just 5 min away by walk. Everything is in a walking distance. Garage is 10 euro per day and in 3 min away in secured building. We have 22 more apts in this area.
The space
The apartment is on the third floor with elevator and facing the inner yard, so it is calm, quiet and bright.
This cosy apartment is completely renovated with new furniture. There is a room with comfortable queen size bed and big pull-out sofa (easily turned into a big bed) and separate big fully equipment kitchen with dinning table and a terrace, bathroom.
Guest access
Whole apartment is just for you.
Other things to note
You will be provided with towels, bed linen and everything else you might need (vacuum cleaner, iron, soap, shampoo, hair dryer, toilet paper, LCD TV, fast Internet connection...).
If you are staying more than 7 days ,cleaning services once a week is free of charge.
Per Serbian low everybody need to be registered to the police and needs to pay 1.5e city tax per day per person * its not included in price
We can offer you private parking space for 12 euro extra per day!
Laundry service can be provided upon request, per machine is 8 e * cleaning and drying -no ironing !
We can organize transfer for you from/and to airport . We are charging the same like local cab 30 euro, and our guy will wait for you with paper and our name on , help you with our bags and show you around during 20 min drive to apartment .
