Guest access This is a single family house in Belgrade, MT. You will have full access to the home including the driveway which can accommodate 2 large vehicles. The garage is not available for guest use and will be kept locked. Renting a vehicle is recommended and we do offer a vehicle for rent, please send us a message for additional info!

Please read the following before using the hot tub or sauna:

You are using the hot tub and sauna at your own risk
Pregnant women, persons with heart disease, diabetes or high blood pressure problems and elderly people should not use a hot tub or sauna without a doctor’s permission.
We do not advise young children to use the hot tub or sauna. In the event that you allow a minor to use the hot tub or sauna, they must be supervised at all times.
Hot tub temperatures cannot by law exceed 104 degrees.
Never use a hot tub or sauna alone.
Limit time in the hot tub or sauna to no more than 30 minutes.
No glass products whatsoever in or around the hot tub or sauna.
Do not use a hot tub if the water temperature is more than 104 degrees Fahrenheit.
The high temperature in a hot tub or sauna will accelerate drowsiness if a person has consumed alcohol or is taking drugs, increasing the risk of drowning or heat exhaustion.

3. **Shoe-Free Zone**: Please remove your shoes upon entering to keep our home clean and comfortable for everyone.

4. **Smoke-Free and Substance-Free Property**: For the health and safety of all, smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances are not permitted anywhere on the premises.

5. **Guest Registration Required**: Any guests not registered at the time of booking will incur an additional fee. Please let us know in advance if your guest count changes.

6. **Neighborhood Quiet Hours**: Out of respect for our neighbors, we kindly ask that you observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM.

7. **Trash Disposal**: Please dispose of all garbage in the designated trash bin and ensure all trash is taken out before your departure.

8. **Food and Beverage Restrictions**: To prevent spills and stains, we ask that you do not consume food or drinks in the bedroom areas.

9. **Damage Reporting**: If any accidental damages occur, please report them to us promptly. Any damages exceeding the security deposit amount will be the responsibility of the guests. A $500 pre-authorization is required for the security deposit.

10. **Dishwashing Protocol**: We appreciate your help in keeping the kitchen tidy. Please wash your dishes or load the dishwasher with any dirty dishes before checking out.
