Located directly along the riverbank, you'll enjoy easy access to the water just steps from the home. Walk across the yard and in less than a minute you'll find yourself at the shoreline—perfect for morning coffee, afternoon fishing, or simply soaking in the scenery.

Inside, you'll find inviting living spaces designed for relaxation and connection. Challenge friends and family to a game of pool, enjoy board games after a day outdoors, or curl up with a good book while listening to the river nearby. Ceiling fans throughout and central heating and air conditioning keep the home comfortable year-round.

The fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation easy, featuring an induction cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, crockpot, juicer, microwave, cookware, dishes, and all the essentials needed for preparing meals at home.

The homeowner occasionally stays in the completely separate upper-level residence. While your rental space is private, you may see the homeowner arriving or leaving if the upstairs residence is occupied during your stay.
