Nouvellement construit 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain chalet au bord de l'eau. Situé à l'intérieur du port de Belfast, à droite sur la piste de marche / vélo. Ce chalet au bord de l'eau dispose d'un quai privé en eau profonde pour la baignade, le kayak, le paddle board, etc. Faire du kayak ou du paddleboard en ville ou marcher / faire du vélo en ville le long du sentier riverain directement depuis votre porte arrière. Cuisine entièrement personnalisée, deux ponts. vue privée spectaculaire. Les couchers de soleil sont incroyables depuis le pont arrière. Belle cour spacieuse et beaucoup de stationnement.

Perfect for our anniversary trip. We loved walking into town on the rail trail under the fall leaves. Quiet, beautiful and peaceful. Kitchen was the most well stocked out any rental we have ever stayed in. Had literally everything you could possibly need. Highly recommend!

Heavenly early fall vacation

My husband, dog, and I stayed at the cottage for 4 nights and loved every minute of it! If we had been there with kids, they would have loved the lofted bedroom as well. The setting was so beautiful, and we used the pathway outside the cottage every morning for walks either into town or into nature. The bed was so comfy, and everything was clean and well kept. Jon was a fantastic host, very communicative, welcoming and friendly! He made a point of welcoming us into the cottage, the town, and the property as a whole. Belfast the town was a fantastic home base for day trips to Acadia and surrounding towns/sites, or just hanging out and having a meal at one of the wonderful restaurants. We would recommend this property to anyone considering staying in the area and would stay again!

Great cottage, great location

Nice cottage with everything you need. My dog appreciated the Belfast Rail Trail, accessible from the property. I appreciated the short distance to downtown, restaurants, harbor, etc. Jon, the owner, said hello and made sure all was well.

Wonderful Property

We thoroughly loved our stay with our two miniature dachshunds. The house and grounds worked perfectly for us in a great location to explore Belfast, Acadia, and the areas nearby. We highly recommend it. We will return!

Wonderful cottage with great location

We stayed two weeks at this property and very much enjoyed it. The cottage is near the Belfast rail trail and we walked on this every day. We liked that the location felt very private yet it was only about a mile walk on the rail trail to Belfast harbor. The other great thing about this property is proximity to the Passagassawakeag River. It's just at the backside of the property and the owners have a very nice dock that was available for our use. The cottage had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We highly recommend this property!

4 night stay & Acadia NP visits

Great cabin with comfort and has everything you need for a stay in Belfast. We have two boys (17,20), they shared loft room and had own 1/2 bath. We used the kayaks and the chiminea. Turkeys walking around in the morning. We drove to Acadia NP, explored Belfast. Best seafood in Belfast that we had was at Nautilus and best meal overall was at an Italian bistro on main street called Delvino's. Weather kept us from additional outside activities in Belfast so we drove to NP a few times. I would definitely return to this private cabin in Belfast, Jon was very accommodating and was very responsive.

Stay in Belfast in July

This property was stunning! We had a wonderful warm welcome and the home and grounds were magnificent! There were long walks on the trail and peaceful kayak experiences on the ocean. I highly recommend this rental if you are looking for a quiet village with lots of art and farmer's markets. Jon was really helpful and good at communicating.

Delightful cottage, excellent location

Excellently appointed cottage with everything you could possibly need, including a kitchen aid mixer. Very nice appliances, very comfortable beds, unique decorations. Definitely not cookie cutter. Private setting but close to town, .98mi 20 minute saunter on the trail. Good base for day trips. Very responsive owner and property manager, Cindi. Would happily stay again

Relaxing

The cottage was wonderful. Jon has created a very relaxing vibe at this cottage. It is a quick 20-30 minute stroll or a 5 minute car ride to downtown Belfast, and a 1 hour drive to Acadia. Highly recommended!

Cute cottage

Adorable cottage for a small group or couple. It’s in a nice location with access to a walking trail into town, and to a deep water dock on the river down some somewhat rickety stairs. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything one would need. Jon was easy to reach and quick to respond during our stay. He was a super nice guy, as well. We would stay here again, if we had the chance.

Wonderful private escape

We went kayaking and biking in Acadia National Park, but we enjoyed staying away from the tourist crowds on this property. It was a super cute house, on a gorgeous setting on a hill. And the town of Belfast has many options to eat and shop. Definitely coming back!!
