A relaxing countryside hideaway set within our private one-acre property in the beautiful Bedfordshire countryside, this stylish annex has been thoughtfully designed with comfort and modern living in mind.

The Pool House offers a generous 1,000 sq ft of luxury, self-contained accommodation. Inside, you’ll find two comfortable king-size bedrooms, along with a third room that works perfectly as a home office or quiet workspace. There are two fabulous modern bathrooms, a fully equipped contemporary kitchen, and a spacious lounge area—ideal for relaxing after a busy day or enjoying a peaceful evening in.

Step outside and enjoy your own private, year-round garden, complete with a patio area and a heated swimming pool, open from May to September. The garden is exclusively for your use and provides a wonderful space to unwind, dine outdoors, or simply take in the tranquil surroundings.

Surrounded by peaceful rural views, The Pool House is an ideal place to stay whether you’re visiting family, travelling for work, enjoying a short countryside break, or exploring nearby attractions such as Woburn Safari Park, just 15 minutes away.

Enter through your private gated entrance to your own charming stable door, which opens into a bright, fresh open-plan living space. The ground floor features luxurious underfloor heating throughout, while the upstairs bedrooms are fitted with radiators for year-round comfort. The upstairs bathroom also benefits from underfloor heating, adding an extra touch of luxury.

The property features:
Downstairs king sized bed (bedroom ) with modern ensuite
One more bedroom beautifully furnished upstairs , with another full sized bathroom .
We also offer a office/small bedroom if you need to work.
A comfortable main lounge with cosy seating, TV, Wi-Fi, and Netflix—ideal for unwinding after a long day
