Featuring comfortable seating, a television (with complimentary Sky TV), and two versatile sofa beds that can accommodate up to two additional guests, making it an excellent choice for families, groups of friends, or business travellers. Adjacent to the living room is a dining area where guests can gather to enjoy delicious meals together and create lasting memories during their stay.



The well-equipped kitchen provides everything guests need for quick snacks and home-cooked meals, whether visiting for a short break or a longer getaway.



The two bedrooms at Fells Paddock are designed to ensure a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring. With comfortable beds, televisions, and ample storage space, guests will find all the home comforts needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.



There are two bathrooms at the property (one is an ensuite) that guests can use to refresh themselves throughout their stay. An additional well-presented WC, fitted with a toilet and wash hand basin, offers a useful and convenient addition to the home.



The property boasts a beautifully presented private garden of approximately 39ft x 15ft, comfortable outdoor seating, and a charming swing. This tranquil outdoor space provides an ideal retreat during your stay.

There is driveway parking available for guests at the property.

For shopping and entertainment, guests are within easy reach of Interchange Retail Park and St John's Retail Park in Bedford.  Milton Keynes is just a short drive away and offers a fantastic range of shopping, dining, entertainment, and leisure activities.
