Comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, perfect for families or groups. Features 2 cozy bedrooms with a total of 4 beds and 2 modern bathrooms. Stay connected with fast WiFi throughout the apartment, and enjoy a relaxing, home-like atmosphere. Ideal for both short stays and longer visits.

Our Penthouse 2 bedroom 2nd-floor apartment is our premier offering in our Bedford block. It has 2 bedrooms, one very large and it also has an en-suite bathroom. It is ideal accommodation for business travellers, corporate guests, holiday getaways, family and group tours and vacations, tourists, travellers, remote workers, and even contractors who would like to explore the Bedfordshire countryside and beyond.

Located in the heart of the city, the building in which our apartment is situated was built in the late 1800’s. The old house has recently undergone a significant refurbishment, completed in 2022 and we have been able to create some lovely apartments – giving all our guests a Home from Home experience.

The apartment has private side door access as well as being able to enter from inside the main building. We can accommodate 4 people, with a double or twin singles in the main bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge.

Our self-catering lodging has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you would need – from cooking a meal to preparing your own packed lunch, a 42” flat-screen smart TV and complete Wi-Fi services.

All linen and towels are provided in the price and changed weekly. To welcome you to our house, we offer complimentary tea or coffee.

Our apartment is located directly opposite Bedford School and just 2 minutes’ walk away from Bedford Town centre where you will find a large choice of pubs and restaurants to suite all budgets. Supermarkets are also a short walk away.

This accommodation is cleaned professionally after each stay. In addition, this house is cleaned weekly for more extended stays with fresh towels and linen.

The property is located 2 minutes’ walk away from ‘The Broadway’ public car park, although there is free on street parking between 6pm and 8am if you are able to locate a space.

Subject to availability and extra cost, check in can be brought forward to 2:00 PM and check-out extended to 12:00 PM. if this is requested, please advise us as soon as possible so that we have time to reschedule housekeeping. Payment in advance will be required via bank transfer or credit/debit card.

The apartment is on the second floor, and you must climb a flight of stairs to get there. Please be aware for any mobility issues.

The numbered key box is found inside, to the left of the porch. The number written on the key box correlates to your apartment number. The keys inside provide access to your apartment and front door.

To open the key box-
a. Clear the key box number by pushing the `clear` button downwards.
b. Enter the key box code provided using the number pad.
c. Press the top button to release the lock.
d. Allow the number pad to swing downwards.

The box will open and the key will be inside. Close the key box by lifting the number pad and following the previous steps and return the plastic cover.
If the keypad becomes wedged in the plastic cover, you will need a coin or key to separate them. Please do this carefully.

we could not get in the front door. Called the number and reached a very dismissive, loudly chewing owner Finally got into the unit and found ourselves locked in. We reached out to the owner again and were ready to call the fire brigade when we found someone to throw rhe keys to. Very dangerous, probably illegal to not be able to get out in an emergency. Owner terrible. Flat so so, cheap finishes and tiny beds. beware
