Trapper`s Lodge is well-equipped and cozy 3 bedroom + loft, 3 bath with a private hot tub and an amazing view of the Monashee Mtn Range that sleeps 8 comfortably.
After a long day on the slopes or the trails you can return to soak in the private Hot Tub on the back patio or curl up in front of the gas fireplace to enjoy the amazing view of the Monashee Mtn Range.

We have 1 additional property on this street that sleeps 18 making a total sleeping capacity of 24 people and 150 feet door to door! Inquire to secure multiple properties.
Ski out down the road (subject to snow accumulation) and ski in right to the back door off Serwa`s run!
For Village access you can choose from:
- Ski to the Plaza Chair and ride it up
- Drive 2 minutes down the road to the Happy Valley Parking lot and ride the Lara`s Gondola up
- Do the 20 minute walk down the road and along the cat track
- Jump on the regularly scheduled shuttle bus that will be starting Jan 30 for the remainder of the season

- Quiet hours are between 9pm and 8am.
- There is absolutely no smoking or vaping in the unit(s) or building(s). Failure to abide by this rule could lead to a $1,000 fine if evidence is found in the unit upon check-out.
- No parties or events of any kind are permitted on or within the premises unless agreed upon. Failure to abide by this rule could lead to immediate eviction and a $1,000 fine.
- No additional sound equipment of any kind may be used at or within the premises. Any noise complaint callouts or fines will be charged back to you as the guest.
- The maximum occupancy of the property must not be exceeded at any time. Failure to abide by this rule could lead to immediate eviction and a $1,000 fine.
- The number, type and size of pets will not exceed the Pet Policy in the listing description. Failure to abide by this rule could lead to immediate eviction and a $1,000 fine.
- Any noise related, parking related or other strata related fines deemed to be the cause of the guest(s) will be charged back to you as the guest.
- The parking stipulations listed in the Listing Description and Check In Instructions document will be adhered to.
- If applicable please watch for the snow removal crew and move your vehicle(s) out of the way so that they can clear the parking area.
- If you notice any problems or damage to the property upon your arrival, please notify us immediately.
- The cost of any excessive cleaning, including removal of garbage & recycling (charged at a rate of $45/hour) as well as any damage deemed to be caused by the guest(s) will be deducted from the damage deposit.
- If after your stay we discover that the hot tub has been contaminated enough to require a water change, then you will be charged a minimum of $200.
- All garbage & recycling must be removed from the unit and taken to either the designated bins in the building (if available) or the Big White Transfer Station.
