RecommandĂ© par le Gibraltar Tourist Board et prĂ©sentĂ© en Grande-Bretagne dans l'Ă©pisode 4 de Sun Channel 5, cet appartement climatisĂ© d'une chambre bien prĂ©sentĂ© est au niveau infĂ©rieur du complexe. Peut accueillir deux personnes dans la chambre double et un hĂ©bergement supplĂ©mentaire pouvant accueillir jusqu'Ă  deux personnes dans le salon avec un canapĂ©-lit king-size. Les installations comprennent une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, micro-ondes, four et plaques de cuisson, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge et sĂšche-linge. Espace utilitaire avec un deuxiĂšme rĂ©frigĂ©rateur avec compartiment congĂ©lateur. Salle de bain rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©e 2019 avec baignoire et douche de tĂȘte et poignĂ©e de maintien.
Le salon a un nouveau canapé-lit king-size, une télévision à écran plat de 81 cm avec les chaßnes du ciel, un lecteur DVD, des placards abritant une chaudiÚre à eau chaude, un fer et une planche à repasser, une fille aérée, des chaises longues. Salle du matin avec table et 4 chaises, accÚs internet, wifi gratuit et téléphone de maison (appels entrants) .Climatisation réversible. Balcon privé extérieur avec accÚs fermé. Grand patio sur le cÎté et espace barbecue. Jardin privé à plusieurs niveaux. AccÚs à la plage par des escaliers. auvents latéraux et avant pour l'ombre. Veuillez noter qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur jusqu'au niveau 4. Les marches sont peu profondes, bien éclairées et avec des mains courantes. Ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

Out of this world

The most stunning location.We have been coming to Gibraltar for 17 years to visit friends.Last year we lost our last dear friend but still felt the need to come to Gib this spring.The sunrise straight in front of the apatment and smell of the sea is just amazing. The beach feels like our own.Carols apartment has everything you could want Beautiful and clean.Its lovely to see Joshi each time to pick us up from the airport.We have booked for September again.We just love it here. Thankyou Carol and Joshi.Gib is a fantastic place and we have made many friends here..

Really Lovely Apartment

Apartment was clean and very comfortable, sofa bed in the lounge was really nice because it was as good as a bed. Towels were soft, lovely and big. Washing machine and tumble dryer were a bonus as was the outside space, with such stunning views it was a joy to be able to sit outside in the privacy of a huge balcony. Carol was an excellent host, good communication and very nice to deal with. Josie, the lady that collects and drops you off at the airport is an absolute joy and very knowledgeable about the area. I really didn’t want to leave and hope to go back soon.

Lovely apartment

We enjoyed our stay in this well equipped , spotless apartment. Both Worlds is situated in a lovely part of Gibraltar and this excellent apartment was a bonus to our enjoyment . Ivan (management) was always on hand if needed. We hopefully can stay here again sometime if i can still manage the steps .

Wonderful location for late season break.

We enjoyed our stay at 408 Arcadia, Both Worlds and found the property clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a self catering stay. Having stayed at Both Worlds (another apartment) previously, we were already familiar with the general amenities available and how to get to and from Sandy Bay. The frequent bus service and relatively cheap taxis make trips into town and other tourist areas easy. The only difficulty was returning on a night when the lights along the stairs and passageway to the apartment failed to come on, but this appeared to be attended to by workmen the following day. This didn’t really detract from an otherwise really enjoyable holiday.

Homely apartment with lovely terrace and stunning views

We stayed at this apartment for 1 week with our 2 young children. Travel cot provided for our 18 month old and plenty of blankets, sheets and towels available which reduced what we had to take from home. The apartment is a great size and made a lovely home for the week. Terrace was great, the best terrace I have seen in both worlds, and there is a gate also which gave me peace of mind when the children were playing outside. Beach is a few steps away and is gorgeous. I really appreciated all of the small things around the apartment such as toiletries, tea, coffee, buckets and spades, etc, they came in very useful and meant we had less to pack/buy once we arrived in Gibraltar. Carol was also very helpful and easy to contact with any queries we had. We really enjoyed our stay and we look forward to returning in the future.

Location, Location, Location

For sea views over a lovely beach it doesn't get better than this. The apartment was well equipped, clean and comfortable. We were met at the airport and driven to and from the building. Only a tiny niggle in that there was no food for the first breakfast and the nearest shop was a bus journey away. But waking up to the sound of waves braking over a beach made up for it.

Home from Home with added relaxation

Right from the very first contact, the communication with Carol the owner was excellent, it set the bar for the whole experience. The butterflies we had whilst waiting to hear if the booking was accepted were akin to buying a house, the joy when it's accepted is just the same, we had set our hearts on the most beautiful beachfront property in Gibraltar and we where delighted when it was confirmed. The apartment was right on the beach, away from the road, which is not busy as its the eastern coastal road (Sandy Bay, the quieter side of the island). It had 2 unique features not found in many of the apartments at Both Worlds, one an extra gate for security and a side patio, with awning, sun and dining area and up steps to a Mediterranean garden, Inc garden shed (nice British touch and useful too). Upon entering you go straight into the morning room/kitchen, it's not massive but it doesn't need to be, it has everything that you have at home, and more.....coffee press, corkscrew and fridge (2 of them - you'll be glad that there are 2 of them) eye level cooker, it's bijoux and it works. The lounge with sofa bed has many cupboards with even more useful stuff in, plus a larger TV than the bedroom Inc Sky TV, DVD player & radio, again more than enough. A normal sized bathroom, not a tiny one shoehorned in as an afterthought is next, even with a bath, but use the shower as it puts the power in shower, excellent for blasting sand off yourself after a day lounging on the beach. A well appointed bedroom, with TV and UK channels, wardrobe, bedside tables both sides with plug sockets (ideal for mobile charging), dresser with many drawers. Outside is the best, the end of terrace terrace is brilliant, perfect for watching the boats in the bay, perfect for sunbathing (not overlooked), perfect for lighting the barbecue and watching the sun go down and the moon come up. A bus ride into Gib main, the #4 or the #8, plus handy for the nightbus too, the #8a (it terminates at Black Strap Cove a short walk from Both Worlds). In addition to central Gib, there is also a short walk away (10-15 mins) Catalan Bay village, this has another beach, a couple of restaurants and a 4 star hotel. There is no better holiday than one at Both Worlds, but there is no better apartment than this one at Both Worlds. It'd a credit to Carol and you will love it, I know we did. Andy,
