Youâll have private access to your rental with a smart lock for keyless entry. The unit is exclusively yours, without interruption during your stay.
Two-vehicle designated parking is located straight through the second entrance into the circular driveway (at the Mailbox). Please Park within the gravel area assigned to your unit and do not leave vehicles in front of the house. If you require more parking space, contact us and we see what we can do to accommodate you.
We are easily accessible by phone at any time and live locally! Reach out if you need anything and we would be happy to accommodate you!

We kindly request that you do not venture from your allotted unit/side yard for the privacy of all tenants on the premises. This well-established community is quiet and includes a newly remodeled clubhouse, a driving range, and an 18-hole golf course.
Feel free to take a walk around the neighborhood and enjoy the outdoors.
The surrounding area is rich in history, the arts, and entertainment. Relax on beautiful beaches. Enjoy refreshments at local restaurants together. Drop into Festivals & Landmarks and shop the boutiques on Bay Street. Surely, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
