326 Captain John Fripp Villa has beautiful ocean views but is perfect for families that love the pool as well! This villa is not only a stroll across the courtyard to the beach, but is also just a few steps (literally) to the private pool reserved for villa tenants only. It's located in the most prime location on the entire island to enjoy everything Fripp has to offer!

The entire villa has recently been freshened up with new paint, floors, furniture, and a massive 70" TV for those rainy days. This unit is perfect for working remotely as it's equipped with fiber optic internet with plenty of speed for streaming Zoom meetings.

There are two bedrooms upstairs as well as two full bathrooms with bathtubs.

We have 3 and 1/2 miles of unspoiled and uncrowded wide beach. Even on the most crowded days of the year there is plenty of beach for everyone to have room.

Walk out the patio doors for play on the lawn, stroll on the beach, or a swim in the pool, this location has it all! Experience the wildlife and easy going nature which only Fripp can give you. You'll be returning for life!

Wonderful stay

This was the perfect place for our family of 4! The location is so great backing right up to a pool and to beach access. The home came with many beach and pool needs (chairs, toys, etc) which was nice in case we forgot. The home was clean and comfortable. Nick was fantastic with communication making sure we understood everything we needed to before our stay. Fast and thorough responses from him made the entire booking, check in and check out process super easy! We home to visit again soon!!!!

CJFV at Fripp - The Best!

We love to stay at Fripp Island. It is a great family place. This condo is a very short walk to the pool and had direct beach access. The condo was clean, updated, and was easy to check in and communicate with the host. Would definitely stay again!

I would not stay here.

The ad says "Fripp Island boasts 2 championship golf courses. The greens/fairways are incredible and the views are even better!" You can't buy amenity cards which means you can't do anything on the island golf or eat.

Great Stay !

Was lucky enough to find this Condo for the week of the fourth . It is the absolute perfect location ! For anyone, but especially if you have younger kids - the pool is right out the back door - and beach is a quick walk Will definitely try to book this spot again ! Nick was easy and quick to communicate and his family was so helpful and sweet. Hopefully we will be back as soon as we can !

Everything my was great except not having amenity cards. Not able to buy anything on the Island and not being able to go to any of the activities. If you have kids, they want to buy ice cream and go to the activities that are offered. I paid the same amount as others that had amenity cards added with their stay.

Relaxing and quiet

We had a wonderful time on Fripp Island. It was beautiful and relaxing. The beach is huge, and there were not many people there. The condo was exactly as advertised, and Nick was super responsive. My 85 year old mother was with me so it was helpful to have the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and porch the lead to the pool all on the first floor with no steps. All in all, we had a great time.

Great Stay

We love Fripp for the beautiful, sweeping beach and marshes teeming with wildlife (amazing birds abound!) John Fripp Villas specifically has a great pool and is steps from the beach. There is also a basketball court outside which my kids loved. A great family holiday. Thanks Nick.

Fripp Trip ☀️

We come to Fripp every year for several trips each year. This is the first time we have stayed in this particular condo. We had great communication with Nick for all of the check in process and the condo was just as described. The access to the pool and beach are fantastic. Great location

Nick was great to work with and location was perfect. The slider door to patio took two hands to open needs looked at. Could use more cookware and some covered plastic containers to store leftovers. The dryer took forever and may need outside vent cleaned. I brought my own detergent or I wouldn't have been able to start load of towels on departure because, cleaning people didn't leave any. Just a few small things but stay was great would love to stay there again!

Our First Visit to Fripp

We absolutely loved this villa! It was clean, family friendly, and so close to the beach and pool. This was our first visit to Fripp and we will definitely be back! The owner was very friendly and happy to help us with whatever we needed.
