Each of the five bedrooms is designed for comfort, so you can unwind at night and wake up ready for another fun day together.

Sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the primary suite, two queen bedrooms upstairs, and a bunk room with five twin beds—great for kids and flexible for adults, too. The 5th bedroom also doubles as a game room and includes a queen sleeper sofa.

The home also features three full bathrooms, thoughtfully stocked for an easy stay. You’ll find makeup towels, a hair dryer, and a hair straightener in each. The primary ensuite includes a bidet. Upstairs, the second full bath has dual sinks, with one sink located outside the toilet and shower area so multiple guests can get ready at once. A third full bathroom is located downstairs off the main living space. All bathrooms include plush towels and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Kitchen + Dining area:
Bright, updated kitchen with white cabinets, spacious quartz counters, and stainless steel appliances, plus a pass-through breakfast bar with seating for three—perfect for coffee, quick meals, and easy entertaining. Just steps away, the sunlit dining area features a large table with plenty of seating for the group, ideal for shared meals, games, or planning your Beaufort adventures.

Lounge space:
This home features a bright, open lounge area with a large sectional, wall-mounted TV, ceiling fan, and big windows that fill the space with natural light. The open layout flows easily into the dining area and breakfast bar, making it perfect for gathering. Just off the main space, the game room includes a pool table, three classic arcade games, and a comfortable queen sleeper sofa for extra lounging or sleeping.

Outdoor space:
Enjoy spacious front, side, and backyard areas under mature Lowcountry trees, with a private fenced backyard retreat featuring Adirondack seating around a fire pit on a gravel patio, a propane grill for easy cookouts, and games like cornhole, outdoor ping pong, ladder toss, and Hook 21. Easy parking with a covered carport/drive-up entry.
Guest access
As a guest, you can enjoy full access to the entire home. This includes access to the five bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, game room, laundry machines, fully fenced backyard, wifi, full kitchen, and more.

We have free parking for up to four vehicles in our driveway and additional curbside parking is available in front of the house on the street. Please do not park on the grass.
