Bienvenue à la maison! Construit en 1989, cette maison de 1700 pieds carrés dispose de toutes les commodités nécessaires pour passer des vacances reposantes en famille ou une escapade d'un week-end. Doté d'un plan d'étage d'un étage, la maison peut accueillir 8 confortablement.

L'espace confortable dispose d'une chambre principale avec moquette avec lit king size, et une salle de bains principale mis à jour joint avec douche à l'italienne et des sols carrelés. Il dispose également de deux lavabos en dehors de la salle de bain pour plus de commodité. Hors du couloir est le bain d'hÎtes, avec une zone de vanité séparée de la toilette et douche. La deuxiÚme chambre est dotée d'un lit double et de deux lits jumeaux dans la troisiÚme chambre recouverte de moquette. Beaucoup d'espace pour vos affaires dans les meubles neufs dans toute la maison. La chambre familiale dispose d'un plan d'étage à aire ouverte comprenant un canapé-lit double gigogne. La cuisine mise à jour, avec armoires en hickory Kraftmaid et comptoirs en quartz, est entiÚrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour créer de délicieux repas pendant votre séjour. La cuisine et le salon disposent d'une grande ßle pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes, un espace exceptionnel pour se divertir et converser.

Les aménagements extérieurs comprennent un aménagement paysager soigné du sud, et un barbecue à gaz est disponible sur le pont pour votre cuisine extérieure. Passez vos matinées à vous détendre sur le patio avec une tasse de café tout en écoutant les oiseaux dans les bois.

La propriété est située sur Lady's Island, à quelques minutes du centre-ville historique de Beaufort, dans le développement Royal Pines. Parris Island est un court trajet de 15 minutes. L'emplacement est parfait pour les familles de Marines pour profiter de la journée de remise des diplÎmes. La paix et la tranquillité de tout le quartier est incroyable.

Profitez des plages voisines du parc d'État de Hunting Island ou du magnifique secteur riverain du centre-ville de Beaufort. Si vous aimez le golf, l'üle a quelques terrains de golf, TGC à Pleasant Point Plantation et Lady's Island Country Club. Lady's Island CC a un bon restaurant qui est à distance de marche de la maison. Si vous aimez voir les villes voisines, Savannah, GA est 1 heure au sud, Charleston, Caroline du Sud est de 1. 5 heures au nord, et Hilton Head Island est de 55 min. au sud.

Very comfortable house for a family of 8.

We were in town to attend a change of command at MCAS Beaufort. It was about a half hour trek to and from base but such a great location on Lady’s Island. I particularly enjoyed sitting in the Carolina Room for my morning coffee. It had everything we needed
great experience. The WiFi instructions in the VRBO app are incorrect. Property manager responded immediately with accurate instructions!

Marine Graduation and Easter

We stayed here for my son’s Marine graduation. The property was well managed and clean. There was a lot of pots and pans to help us with cooking. The rooms were spacious, and we liked that we could get dressed with others in the shower. My graduating son had an emergency which caused me to travel early and they worked hard to get me in early to have a place to be, I am very grateful. Easter came and with the space at the bar we were able to decorate cookies and dye eggs together as a family.

Thanksgiving 2022

We had more than enough room to accommodate a full Thanksgiving meal with visiting local family (8 adults and 6 children). The location was fantastic and a short drive from stores for groceries or dinner options, while still being remote enough to see the stars at night. Highly recommend to anyone.

Just what we needed.

This home was very nice. We planned to have our son and his family stay with us but our little grandson was Ill so they stayed in a hotel but still joined us for evening meals. This worked well because there is a huge island in the kitchen which allows for visiting without everybody breathing on each other. (Not Covid, just a bad cold) The house is large, cool and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and backs up to a charming woods. We saw 5 deer in the back yard one evening as they watched us watching them. There was a generous supply of paper goods, dish, hand and dishwasher soap. We used the gas grill one night but it was too hot to use the screen porch. That is the only area of the house that wasn’t very clean and it had rips in the screen in a couple of places. Again, we didn’t need it so it did not effect our stay. It was perfect for us and our group as we were there to attend our grandson’s Marine boot camp graduation. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely home.

Way too far from the beach

Everything was so far away. The house was nice and in order and clean and very comfortable but everything around us was a private beach or 2 hours away. Not the best option for a beach house stay.

As we talked into the house we felt immediately comfortable. The house has a welcoming vibe as you walk in. It’s spacious, clean and inviting. I’m definitely adding it as one of my favorites as we have family in the area and will be coming back. Thanks for sharing your home!

We rented this property because our Grandson was graduating from Parris Island, only 15 minutes away, the area was quiet and peaceful! Twin Beds may need a new mattress but it was still a wonderful time and experience. Thank you so much!!

Beautiful house in a very nice neighborhood

This house was perfect for us. We stayed here for our daughters graduation from Marine Corp bootcamp. The house had plenty of room and seating for our family to spend time together. The house was very clean and well maintained. The neighborhood was very nice and we felt very safe. I will absolutely stay here again if our lives bring us to Parris Island again.

Amazing

Open concept kitchen and living room was great for family time. The island was amazing!! It was huge and the whole family could sit around. Plenty of linens. Quiet back porch. And a grill! My favorite part-all the OSU things!! :)

Perfect location for MCRD graduation families

We had a wonderful time! The location is great for families looking to stay close for bootcamp graduation at MCRD. It’s also close to great shopping and restaurants in Beaufort. Gorgeous neighborhood where everyone is friendly and waves as you pass by. The house itself was exactly what we needed. It has a large kitchen, comfortable beds, and a beautiful back porch. It didn’t feel like we were intruding on someone’s private home, but was cozy and welcoming.

Great place to stay for Marine Graduation

We rented this for our sons graduation from Marine Corp. basic training. The house fitted our needs perfectly. it was a convenient drive to the events and was relaxing to come back to after the ceremony before a long drive the next day. i would recommend this house to anyone attending graduation.

Nice & Comfy

The property was clean, and exactly as shown in the pictures. Property Management responded quickly, even allowed us to check in half an hour early, which was a blessing. We had 7adults staying at the rental and the island was a great gathering place, no one felt cramped at all. We used the fireplace every night we were there, it was beautiful. We did not use the grill, since it needed a little more then TLC prior to use!!! Will definitely stay again if ever in the area.

Great Stay

We had a family of 6 stay and had a great time. The kitchen is very large opened up to a living room with plenty of seating and a wide screen TV. Back screened in porch with a private back yard. 8-12 minutes from downtown Beaufort. My son graduated from Parris Island and it was a 24 minute drive. Perfect place to stay for Marine Corps graduations.
