DeuxiĂšme Ă©tage, 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain complĂštes Bayfront, avec quai et glissement de bateau, 10 couchages (4 sur 2 canapĂ©s-lits dans les espaces communs). Grande chambre au niveau supĂ©rieur avec vue sur la baie sur deux cĂŽtĂ©s, donnant sur le grand pont supĂ©rieur. Salle de repos supplĂ©mentaire de 280 pieds carrĂ©s au niveau infĂ©rieur avec canapĂ©-lit, porte coulissante ouvrant sur une grande terrasse infĂ©rieure, quai, glissement et vue sur la baie. À distance de marche de la jetĂ©e de pĂȘche, de la marina, de la location de bateaux, des restaurants, du mini-golf et de tout ce que Ship Bottom a Ă  offrir. Nagez, pĂȘchez ou craquez sur le grand quai derriĂšre la maison, ou garez votre bateau pour ces croisiĂšres au coucher du soleil. Profitez de couchers de soleil spectaculaires tous les jours sur les grands ponts supĂ©rieurs ou infĂ©rieurs, avec auvent entiĂšrement rĂ©tractable, ou assis sur le quai ou le bain Ă  remous. We were very disappointed with this rental. The property was not as advertised and had multiple safety and cleanliness issues that made our stay stressful instead of relaxing.The house was not clean on arrival. The lower level, which had no photos on the listing, smelled musty, looked moldy, and had containers of DampRid everywhere. The bedroom there was completely unusable. We also discovered a serious mouse problem. The landlord admitted he knew before our check-in but did not tell us, saying he didn’t want to “put tenants on edge.” We constantly cleaned up droppings, lost food to mice, and had to purchase traps ourselves (not reimbursed). One renter even spent four hours trying to catch a mouse at night.Other major issues included: a broken toilet we had to reinstall ourselves, a sharp edge on the indoor spiral staircase that cut a renter, a wobbly outdoor safety gate/railing (especially concerning with a baby), a natural gas leak on the deck grill, a cracked and unsafe bunk bed, and windows that wouldn’t stay open—or had no screens when they did.The landlord’s response throughout was dismissive and unhelpful, and we were never reimbursed for food or expenses.This rental was misrepresented and unsafe. We would not recommend staying here.

We had an amazing time at the LBI Bayfront Beauty. There was plenty of room for 8 adults and 2 children. Owner was hands on and addressed an problems promptly. The location was amazing bay in the backyard and ocean 1 1/2 blocks.Restaurant, mini golf and ice cream all walking distance!

We absolutely loved this property. The check in process was smooth and seamless, the home was clean and beautiful. The location on the island was perfect. I grew up going to Beach Haven, but this was a first trip for my husband and kids. They all said they never wanted to leave. We mostly used the top floor living area. The bonus downstairs efficiency was helpful for the older kiddos to have a tv hang out area. There were a couple of super minor cosmetic items that we made a note of, but they were not concerning to us. Nothing is perfect. We saw the manager at check out and already plan to book again next year. Can’t wait!! Thank you for a wonderful trip!!!

Quaint Coastal - Awesome View

Our stay was great - what a beautiful view! The home was perfect for my husband and our 9 month old daughter. Traditional beachy vibe. This is not a negative but something to be aware of - the stairs to go downstairs inside the home are a metal spiral staircase. Carrying the baby up and down them was a challenge so we predominantly used the outdoor deck steps.

Great Wedding Weekend

First time staying on the bay

House has unbeatable view of water and sunsets! It was perfect for my family of six. Downstairs area gave my oldest some privacy and is great for giving teenagers some space. Also has an area for computers for anyone that needs to remain a little connected for business, etc. All enjoyed swimming in the bay, especially our 5 year old. Kayaking was great fun and the hot tub glorious. Appreciated the appliances as we love to cook for each other. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Nancy and David.

Perfect water view!

The views and location of this home are incredible! We used the provided kayaks and paddle boards and loved to be able to leave them right off the dock in the backyard. We saw incredible sunsets from the beautiful deck and hot tub. There are lots of restaurants, ice cream, bakeries, and shops all within walking distance.

Relaxing Getaway in Ship Bottom

My family and I had a wonderful time at this beautiful bayfront home. The sunsets on the deck were amazing. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and the beds were very comfy too. Very walkable to the beach. Very Enjoyable

Nancy and David own and maintain a wonderful bayfront home on LBI - Surf City. This is my first Bayside vacation and I enjoyed the hot tub beside the bay as much as I enjoyed sitting oceanfront on a deck (during previous visits to LBI). Their home is lovely, absolutely clean and stocked with MANY daily-use items in perfect condition. The location, although basically very close to the island bridge is positioned on a property that feels relatively secluded (based on the house placement at the end of the block). Then, mature growth landscaping creates a visual block to the one side of the house that has "neighbors"). It is only 2 blocks from the ocean and 5 steps (or less) from the Bay on their private dock. We LOVED our stay in this home. Nancy was a kind and helpful host, patiently responding to my few pre-visit inquiries. Thank you Nancy and David for a VERY ENJOYABLE stay on Long Beach Island.

Perfect Birthday Weekend

We stayed here with our daughter and a few friends for her Sweet 16 weekend. It was the best location! The girls enjoyed the bay and the paddle boards (no kayak as stated in listing), and had a short walk to the beach. Communication with the owners was great, they couldn’t have been nicer!

Gorgeous view to wake up to.

By day two it felt like home. The view was gorgeous, especially in the morning with coffee. There was both a Keurig and regular coffee maker to use and all the basics you would need in a kitchen.Plenty of things to do and see even though our stay was preseason. The house was clean and comfortable. The only issue we had were the uncomfortable beds. That would be a wise inexpensive investment since most are looking for a good nights rest while on vacation. Otherwise this stay would have been 5 stars easy!
