Nous vous invitons Ă  passer vos vacances LBI dans notre maison Ă  plusieurs niveaux nouvellement meublĂ©e. Notre maison est parfaite pour une ou deux familles Ă  partager. À distance de marche de la plage et des restaurants ainsi que de Bay Village, Fantasy Island et Thundering Surf Waterpark. DĂ©tendez-vous et profitez de belles vues sur la baie et l'ocĂ©an depuis notre terrasse sur le toit. Les Ă©quipements incluent: barbecue Ă  gaz, douche extĂ©rieure privĂ©e, 6 badges de plage (les enfants de moins de 12 ans n'en ont pas besoin), wifi, draps et oreillers. La cuisine est approvisionnĂ©e en vaisselle, verrerie, argenterie, casseroles et poĂȘles et cafetiĂšre Keurig. Nous sommes une maison adaptĂ©e aux enfants avec des verrous de sĂ©curitĂ© pour enfants sur toutes les fenĂȘtres et prises. Nous avons Ă©galement une chaise haute et un parc pour votre confort. Si vous avez des demandes spĂ©ciales, n'hĂ©sitez pas Ă  nous contacter.

Perfect for our trip. Didn’t need our car once!Pros:- Great location. Walk to the beach, restaurants, entertainment, etc.- Responsive host- Easy check in/out- AC, washer/dryer, dishwasher, cable- Highchair, baby gate, pack-n-play- Beach passes, wagon, outdoor showerCons (more just FYI, no biggies):- BYO towels, sheets, pillowcases, comforters- Lots of stairsIf you forget something, there’s a department store 2 blocks away called Hands.

Overall we had an excellent time. As in other posts, be sure to bring bedsheets, blankets, and towels as these are not provided, but everything else needed is on the property. The supplied beach chairs, bikes, and short walk to the beach were a semi-unexpected but welcomed surprise. Great house for a small group

Great stay in LBI

The communication with the owner was great. We were offered and able to check in early which was super nice and appreciated. The condo was extremely clean at check in which was great. Location wise it is a few blocks to the beach but an easy walk, just have to go over 2 blocks to cross at the crosswalk. Super easy walk to Bay Village area. We brought sheets & towels as usual but the house did not come with blankets or comforters which we found odd. We have rented at the shore many times in OC and usually those are included; maybe it’s an LBI thing I didn’t know about. We just bought some at Hands and it was fine. Overall, a quiet street, easily walkable to the beach or Bay Village; a nice rooftop balcony with great views, lots of fun for our family.

Wonderful spacious house close to hay and beach!

A lovely three-story cottage, all the amenities you could ask for, plus tons of charm! An easy walk to both beach and bay and walkable to Bay Village and nearby restaurants. The host was immediately responsive to questions and issues. All in all - a perfect beach vacation and can’t wait to go back!

Summer vacation

We had a great and relaxing stay with our family of 4-6. The property was very clean and well maintained with ample room and storage. The beach cart/chairs etc were a nice plus. The yard was really nice as well as the outdoor shower. Only suggestion is to maybe have some chairs or furniture on rooftop. Also note on the listing it is multi-family/townhome, not that was an issue at all and we didn’t hear the other family at all but just weren’t aware when we arrived.

Great beach house for your next vacation in LBI.

Great location, beautiful home, very clean and very accommodating. Owner always gets back to you ASAP if you have a question. The house was equipped with just about everything. We really enjoyed our vacation and will rebook again for next summer!

Perfect Location - Outstanding Host

Loved staying at this Matteo's rental. The house was spotless, had everything we needed, comfortable rooms and furniture. It's an outstanding location if you like Beach Haven attractions and close to a yoga studio if you're a yogi. The sunsets were gorgeous to watch each evening by the bay, which is right down the street. The only thing to note, which was not a problem for us, is the kitchen and inside eating area are on the top floor. If you have little ones, or older ones, not great with stairs, you may want to chat with Matteo about it. Highly recommend this place, we absolutely loved it!

Great weekend escape

We had a great time at this well-appointed, spotless home that is located within walking distance to the beach. The roof deck was our favorite spot to watch the sunsets. The house’s owner was easy to communicate with. I would recommend staying here again.

Fun beach week

We had a great time staying at the beach house. It was a few blocks from the beach and close to all of the shops, water park and Fantasy Island. My kids loved using the roof top deck. We had a multi generation vacation and everyone had a ton of fun.

Fantastic location!

Perfect location! Kids were able to ride their bikes to Bay Village, about 10 minute bike ride. beach and bay both in walking distance. Beautiful roof top deck, great to watch sunsets or sunrises. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect for relaxing!

Great location!

The house is in a great location! Right off the main road and about 10 minutes walking to Bay Village. Really close to the beach, too, and the host's beach cart and chairs were a huge help to our family. The house had more stairs than we anticipated and was a little tricky with our 18 month only, but highchair on site was great to have. Lovely time!

LBI Summer

Great home with lots of spaces for our family to spread out. The roof deck was especially enjoyable and we loved watching the sun set over the bay most nights. Very walkable to the beach and bay! We did walk to downtown beach haven most nights and enjoyed the exercise but others might want to drive more than we did. The home was well maintained and very clean. The outdoor shower was great for after the beach and the backyard was perfect for dinners outside! Try to reserve linens early, we forgot and brought our own - not a big deal but something to plan for! Communication with owners was quick and easy - highly recommend staying here.

Perfect summer week at the shore

We enjoyed a wonderful week at this home in Beach Haven. The house was perfect for us as grandparents with our daughter, son-in-law and 8 month old granddaughter. We even had my brother and sister in law visit for 2 nights. The location was great - walking distance to the ocean, shops, Dairy King and Stefano’s Restaurant which we loved. The house was exactly as described and stocked with paper goods and kitchen supplies for eating at home which we did for breakfast, most lunches and one dinner on the outdoor grill. The rooftop area was nice for sunsets and stargazing. The beach was absolutely perfect every day. The house worked out very well for our family. We enjoyed our stay and would return.
