There is a large shared outdoor space on property with picturesque water viewing. You have the ability to launch your canoe/kayak directly from our privately adjoined fishing dock. The location is conveniently located within 5 min of a variety of local restaurants, grocery store, and a boutique movie theater. Within 10 min, you can reach beautiful Waveland beaches. Old Town Bay St. Louis is conveniently within a 15 minute drive which includes a variety of boutiques, antique shops, local coffee, beach front bars & restaurants, & live entertainment. There is quick and easy access to the interstate and New Orleans is slightly under an hour's worth of drive. You will need to climb stairs to access the apartment.
