Awesome Stay!

Great house. Loved the porch and the swing. Great place for morning coffee. Fishing on the dock was really nice as well. Well lit on the dock and the water too. A 26" redfish was our best catch. Great having the bathroom and fridge downstairs. Close to the Sargeant beach. We had zero problems

We live a few houses down and rented this for friends. This is the cutest house with a great pier. We will definitely rent this again.

Over 25 years of rentals and this description is the first that is 100% accurate. Fully stocked, pans pots, etc. Clean homey house with EVERYTHING! TVs in every room, plenty of seating for everyone. Areas for kids to play while adults do their thing. Two bathrooms - one inside and the other is outside downstairs - do not let that put you off. It is very nice and was fine for us all. They are both super nice bathrooms. Nice not to have to come upstairs when fishing. Two fire pits, we had coffee on the covered porch - me in the swing, others at the outside table. Rocking chairs, or did we mention the fishing was awesome. Came home with 16 croakers! We threw back some only because we only wanted the really bigs ones. Caught lots of catfish, a flounder, a red (just below the limit so its swims on :(, the biggest blue crab. The neighbors are solid. We cannot wait to come back. Thank you Novak family for sharing! After Hurricane Beryl

Neome and team did a great job getting the property ready and available for us after the storm. There is still more to do but it is a great location to access the waterway and the beach. The boys had success fishing and caught catfish and gar off the dock. Down by the beach they caught small drum and redfish.

Great Family Getaway

We had a wonderful week at this property. Everything was amazing. Kitchen greatly stocked with cooking essentials. Fishing on the dock was amazing. Caught a 19" trout, a 21" Red Drum, and a 23" Red Drum. Also hooked a 4.5' alligator gar but didn't want it on the dock with us. So, it was released from line. Only reason I went down on a star is because the property is a bit difficult to find the first time. Do not trust Google to take you to the driveway. Watch the street numbers carefully as they can be confusing.

Wonderful Home on the Water

We loved this property and hope to stay again in the future. House was clean with a well stocked kitchen. There is also plenty of comfy seating in the large living area. The property owner was very quick to respond to any questions. The check in process was very easy. We also had access to the cargo lift which made unpacking and packing so easy! This was very nice as some home owners do not want renters using. The fishing dock was probably our favourte dock we have ever used in a VRBO. The fish cleaning station was huge and covered. There are plenty of water hoses on the property which made keeping things clean very easy. It is also very nicely covered which was great as we did get a little rain while we were there. The property description online was completely accurate. I highly recommend this home!! Looking forward to visiting again.

Great Property

Rented this house for overflow for a family reunion. My sister and her two kids. Ages 12 and 29. The location was great. It was just down the road from my place and where the reunion was held. The house is very cute and comfortable. The a/c worked great!

The house is great with everything you need for your stay. Unfortunately, the ac did go out so we weren't able to stay. But the owners made it right which we are appreciative for. I will book again when we make it back down.

Relaxing!

Great property. We have rented in Sargent several times and this property has been my favorite. This property has everything you need, just need to bring your clothes, food and fishing poles. It is very clean, beds are comfortable and plenty of bedding/blankets/towels.

Great location

We had a great time at this property. House was nice and clean. Boat house was really great and fun to fish off the dock. Probably the best feature is the long paved driveway. We brought a boat and it was very easy to park and wash our boat after a day on the bay.

Seriously Amazing Stay

Everything imaginable needed for a fun and relaxing stay was provided. Things that I didn't even think to bring were provided by the host. I was vary impressed with the facilities and so were my four kids.

Just Perfect

The property was just perfect. Brand new remodel was like being in a new house. You do not get that “salty beach house” feel. Everything was high quality and very well decorated. Ample room for my family of 5. Boat house was a bonus and a great place to fish and have morning coffee. We have rented several properties, this one would be at the top of our list to rent again. Highly recommend booking this house. Owners were super friendly and helpful too.

Great Family Vacation Home

Our family of 5 enjoyed the games in the house, and the lower deck under the house. It’s open and spacious. Our family will definitely be visiting this home again! The furniture is comfy, and the kitchen is spacious. Very happy with this beach house!

Our stay was great. The fishing was great. We loved every bit of time we had. The only bad was having to leave. The pouch swing and the large bean bag chairs that turned to beds were a nice touch. We definitely would love to come back!!!!

nice weekend getaway

Only problem was that the GPS took me to the wrong place and then couldn't find it. The street numbering is crazy. Also had trouble finding the lock box, but once got in, all was well!
