Decided to book in a rush so was my bad for giving benefit of the doubt with the 2 reviews posted but PLEASE DO NOT IGNORE THIS ONE. Communication was slow, responses delayed. Our instructions upon arrival were that the door was unlocked, key on the coffee table and the internet was down but the tvs had antennas and Rokus were WiFi enabled. (What?!) We arrived late at night after a 9hr drive and so exhausted that we stayed the night despite the strange smell that burned our eyes. We did feel the need to sleep in our clothes on top of the bed after pulling the covers back to see that the sheets did not appear to be freshly laundered. The apartment looked straightened up but definitely not cleaned well enough to present to someone to rent. There were several areas that didnât look touched at all, roach tablets thrown on the floor of the apartment that look like smarties candies and a single towel and washcloth for a party of (4) to use for our 6 night stay. I have pics I took upon arrival of everything and the thermostat at 80! We woke early the next morning and tried calling her phone a few times and text and sent messages thru the app that we were not going to be able to stay there because it was unacceptable & wanted a refund There were no instructions about where to leave key upon departure and after an hour of no response I took a video of how we left everything as we found it, put the key under a placemat on kitchen table & locked handle of door. We never heard from her
