This modern, stylish apartment is situated in the prestigious Georgian area of Lower Lansdown in Bath. You can reach all of the cities historical and cultural attractions and shopping areas by foot. Just beyond Lansdown, you'll find stunning walking countryside including the Cotswolds way, the views are fabulous, and you can rest your legs at the award winning Hare and Hounds pub. After a busy day exploring you'll find plenty of close by Restaurants and bars to unwind in.

The apartment is in a beautifully designed new build development. The interior is light and cosy. The open plan living space has a fully fitted. modern kitchen and a comfortable sitting area. The bedroom has a super king size bed and a huge walk in closet. The walk in shower room has high spec fixtures and fittings. This apartment is a true gem, ideally located to explore all the Bath and the surrounding countryside has to offer.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
