NOISE
Being centrally located close to a road and the train line there will be some background noise.
Previous guests suggest itâs not disturbing and minimal with the double glazing, but just incase we'll leave some ear plugs for our lighter sleeping guests.
NEIGHBOURHOOD
As well as being so close to main Bath attractions, just a 12 min walk the other way youâll find Alexandra Park offering gorgeous views across Bath.
Southgate shopping centre is just a few minutes walk, as is the local Sainsburys should you need supplies or pastries for your morning coffee!

The property is set up for two guests in one double bed.

TRAVEL
Free parking in Bath as with many city centres is hard to come by. The property does however offer a great option for drop off and pick up. You can park right outside for an hour to allow you time to get settled or set off. Be sure to double check the signage on arrival.
There are an abundance of public car parks just a few minutes walk away.
We are also just a stones throw away from the train and bus station and bus stops from the park and ride.

HISTORY
Built in the late C18 and early C19 this apartment is a survivor of the southern expansion of the city, standing strong to its neighbours who were badly damaged and destroyed by a bomb in 1942 then extensively rebuilt!
