It is perfectly located in rural countryside, whilst also being only 12 minutes from the city of Bath.



The Space:

The garden house is a single story, open plan, property offering modern facilities. It benefits from an exceptionally bright sunny position with one entire side of the property being made of glass with huge sliding doors opening onto a large decked terrace and offering fabulous, uninterrupted views over the gardens, private orchard and stunning surrounding countryside, designated as an ‘area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to private off-street parking, the entire studio and the garden directly outside the studio.



The Neighborhood:

From the property you can easily visit the City of Bath…. A ‘World Heritage’ city full of history as well as a wide variety of restaurants and artisan shopping. To get to Bath there is a local bus, taxis or it is just 12 minutes away by car.

The house is also a perfect base for walking and cycling along the lane to the Northy Arms pub which serves excellent food and drink. And you are close to the Kennet and Avon Canal which has stunning walks and more gorgeous pubs. Bicycles can be hired in both Bath and Bradford and Avon.



Getting Around:

It is easy to access the annex with a car. Plenty of private, off-street parking is provided. It is also possible to visit by train and getting a taxi to the annex at the train station.



Other Things to Note:

The location is rural so access paths can be uneven. This accommodation is suitable for couples wanting a quiet retreat or friends wanting to make the most of stunning country walks and easy access to the world heritage City of Bath.





One well-behaved dog is welcome at an additional charge of £35.



Please note if you are bringing a dog, please do not let it loose as there are chickens on the nearby farm!
