The Space:
The apartment has retained many of its original features and has been beautifully styled to offer a luxurious stay. With everything you need for your city break and just a short stroll to some of the best restaurants, cafes and independent shops in Bath, Darcy’s View is the perfect city centre holiday rental.

KITCHEN/LIVING SPACE
The modern kitchen has everything you’ll need for your stay, including hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. There’s also a spacious island with seating.

The living area has 2 comfy sofa beds, a large smart TV (with Netflix) and feature fireplace. Free Wifi is included for your stay.

BEDROOM
The bedroom has a large, comfy super king bed that can be split into 2 singles. There’s also a smart TV (with Netflix).

SHOWER ROOM
The shower room has a walk-in shower, toilet and basin.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire property during their stay.

The Neighborhood:
Located just behind the Assembly Rooms, Darcy's View is just a short stroll from many of Bath's main attractions, restaurants and cafes.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a Grade-Listed Georgian building and located above a fantastic Winery and Bistro which we would definitely recommend!

Getting Around:
The apartment is in the heart of the city centre so walking is the quickest and most convenient way to see the city.

Other Things to Note:
As with all central locations there is a chance of street noise from neighbouring restaurants.

Please note there is no parking at the property due to its central location, we would recommend Charlotte Street Car Park which is a short walk away.

Linen for the sofa bed is provided when booking for guests 3, 4, 5 and 6. If you wish to use the sofa bed when booking for less than 3 people there is an extra £20 charge to cover linen costs

Interaction with Guests:
Guests are able to gain access to the apartment themselves, but we are only a phone call away if needed!
