A picturesque lake view home is perfectly positioned to take advantage of its stunning surroundings, offering beautiful views of the sparkling lake. Enjoy a glass of wine on the oversized deck while entertaining and BBQing. The house has a pool table and a bar, 3 big bedrooms and a sofa sleeper. Just across the road from the front door is the community dock with a boat slip also the very popular Falls Beach. Plenty of beach area to swim. The dock slip has table and chairs. NO PETS

With most of our properties, you will come to our office and meet with our office staff to receive your keys and/or code to access the property you are renting. Select homes we can set up no contact check in, where you will receive a code and the property address to check in.
After hours check in will be self-check in that we will set up upon request.


All of our homes are around Bass Lake, most within walking distance of lake access or a short drive to the nearest access point.

You will receive access to the home on the first day of your reservation. Check in will be set up with office staff.

Open living room with an entertainment area; which includes a pool table and a bar area, slate fireplace and plenty of dining space. Kitchen island with an electric stovetop, refrigerator has ice maker and filtered water, microwave and oven, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Main bedroom has a adjoining full bathroom with separate shower stall. Plenty of bedrooms for the whole family, Central Air and Heat, wireless internet, washer/dryer and outdoor grill.

The Bass Lake area does not have public transit.

This property now has a 4-day minimum.
Plenty of parking.
Guests must be 25 or older to rent any of our properties. ID will be required upon reservation confirmation. The guest that makes the reservation must be the one who checks in and must remain on the property with the other guests.
Service animals are allowed on our properties. Please answer the following questions legally allowed by the ADA regarding your service animal. 1) Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? 2) What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?
We do not charge extra for service animals, nor do we increase the security deposit. The guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by people or animal. Under the ADA, service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices.
