This lakefront home has its own private dock and relaxing shade deck. The living room has a wood stove and wet bar. The full kitchen has a large inset farmhouse sink, an extra-sized stove, and a double oven. The dining table seats eight. The house has four bedrooms, and a loft for young children accessed by a ladder. There’s also a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Outside there is a second-story deck with a lake view, a private yard, another deck close to the water, and the boat dock.

Beautiful Bass Lake lets you enjoy boating, skiing, fishing, swimming, hiking, and bicycling. The home is near the Pines Village at the lake, which provides restaurants, a general market, bars, shops, and a full-service marina with rental boats, jet skis, and kayaks. The town of Oakhurst is about seven miles away, with shopping, restaurants, bars, a movie cinema, and a live stage theater. The Chukchansi Casino in Coarsegold is 12 miles away. Boat docks/boat slip are not in the water year-round.

Depending on time of travel the dock could not be in the water, boats must drop anchor or tie to buoy
Bass Lake is less than 15 miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park.
Bass Lake reaches its peak water levels in the summer months and is lowered by 50 percent during the fall and winter months annually. Because of this, summer water levels vary each year depending on the winter season rain and snowfall. We have no control over lake levels.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
