Ideal for families, this four-bedroom Northshore townhouse has everything you need for a perfect Bass Lake vacation. The living room has a fireplace, large flatscreen TV, and is nicely furnished with plenty of space for everyone to gather. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, and a bar area making it easy to cook your meals while enjoying good conversation. The upstairs primary bedroom has a balcony with a lake view.

The garage has been converted to a game room with a ping pong table, making it a great space for hours of fun. Outside there is a beautifully landscaped yard and a private patio with a gas grill. The home is an easy trail walk to the lake, with access to a swimming pool, spa, and rec room.

Beautiful Bass Lake lets you enjoy boating, skiing, fishing, swimming, hiking, and bicycling. The home is near the Pines Village at the lake, which provides restaurants, a general market, bars, shops, and a full-service marina with rental boats, jet skis, and kayaks. The town of Oakhurst is about seven miles away, with shopping, restaurants, bars, a movie cinema, and a live stage theater. The Chukchansi Casino in Coarsegold is 12 miles away.

Boat docks and boat slips are not in the water year-round.
Please note these community areas are currently closed due to the pandemic.
Bass Lake is less than 15 miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park. Bass Lake reaches its peak water levels in the summer months and is lowered by 50 percent during the fall and winter months annually. Because of this summer water levels vary each year depending on the winter season rain and snowfall.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). This home was perfect for my family which included 3 teenagers and a dog. The kids loved having their own room and the dog felt right at home. The home is equipped with everything you need for fun and relaxation. In the garage you will find fun items like bikes, paddle board, kayak, ping pong table and lots more. It even had a massage chair! There is also a trail right outside the patio are that will take you to the lake in a matter of 5 minutes. Overall, we loved the house and the location as it was not too far from Yosemite. We plan on booking again!

2nd time here

2nd time I’ve stayed in this home 6th or 7th in this community. Great area & awesome house. There were 9 of us, 4 adults & 5 children and never felt crowded, good location and looks like some of the areas in the community are getting an upgrade. Would/will totally stay here again.

Great location and wonderful home for active family vacation.

Enjoyed the ease of access to Yosemite park, nearby horseback riding and fishing. AC worked great and made it comfortable in the heat. Onsite amenities including pool and ping-pong were a hit.

Bass lake vacation

Great access to lake for walking dogs in safe tranquil environment. Close to Oakhurst for groceries and close to pine village for kayak rentals. Went to Yosemite too and overall great visit. Big kitchen and table for nightly family dinners.

Great Family House near Bass Lake, CA

The Moler Lake House was the perfect venue for our family vacation to Bass Lake, CA! Location near the lake and adjacent to a community pool and game area were convenient and ensured fun for all. Easy drive to multiple lake recreation areas and all three lake resorts (The Pines/Ducey's, Miller's Landing, and The Forks). Air conditioning, comfortable beds, and a spacious family room/kitchen were a plus. The Vacasa staff were very responsive when I had a few questions about the property. Check out the Moler Lake House when planning your next vacation to Bass Lake, CA!!

Bass Lake Rental has it all!

Stayed here for a Lake living experience and loved it! Property had kayak, stand up paddle boards, fully stocked kitchen and extra fridge in the garage. Perfect for all 9 of us. Will be back!!

Great spot

This house has plenty of room nice layout and good view, the master has a deck attached through a sliding glass Door! Great to sit and start your day with a book or coffee and relax. The pool is close by if you want to swim, the lake is walking distance from the back door. Yosemite national park is about an hour away with great views and winding roads! It's a great drive. So in short it's a great place to stay and it sleeps 9 and I would book the house again when I come back to bass lake...

This was great for our small group. Bed configuration would have allowed 7 or 8 but not 9 unless children. Thank you for allowing us to bring our well-behaved dog. That’s a big deal for us. I loved walking down to the lake. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. Cards and games available. Great house for families.

Fantastic location but minor problems

Loved staying here and hope to do it again. Love proximity to lake and quiet neighborhood. The fridge was flickering so they brought a new one for us. Appreciate it. Lots of lake and pool amenities included. We would come back to this house again! Things to improve: - listing says tennis courts but the courts have been demoed/neglected… an eye sore (no fault to owner but would need to change listing) - keyless entry is tricky. One day, it took us 15 minutes to get the buttons to work

4th of July FUN!

Our overall stay was great! They had many ping pong in the garage along with a kayak and paddle boards. One expense you did not have to pay for on top of the house. The only part that we marked lower is the cleanliness. They could have done a better job cleaning. Our first dinner that we BBQ'd, we ran out of propane after 8 minutes. That should be filled after each renter. There were plenty of baking dishes, pots & pans, etc. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep. We would stay there again!

The photos on this listing have been brightened. The house is very dark inside. The property also had a pair of dirty men’s underwear left in the bathroom. A member of our party lost their life on our trip. I asked for a 1 hr extension to our check out time as the family did not sleep on the last night. I was advised on the phone to Vacasa that “no exceptions can be made” to their late check out policy. This is despite me telling them about the extenuated circumstances. It’s worth noting that in renting a place on Vrbo that is operated by Vacasa, you are dealing with a faceless business which cares primarily about the bottom line vs an owner-operated rental where you’re dealing with a human.Even if a later check-out truly were not possible, the messaging around this could have been handled with more compassion.We will not rent a property operated by Vacasa ever again.

A Great Choice

Loved this property and location. It was perfect for our family of 6 which includes 2 teens, a 5 yr, 2 yr old and our pup. Plenty of space to spread out but also cozy enough to be close while playing games. We stayed during winter so it was wonderful to walk right outside for a pup potty break. Also, having access to the garage to unload, take off shoes and snow gear and run a load of laundry was a blessing after a full day in Yosemite or walking the trails. The trail to walk to the lake was a few steps away and made for a nice daily stroll. House was well maintained, clean, comfortable and well stocked. Everything worked and the only thing missing in the entire kitchen was the correct shape coffee filters, a very minor problem to have. Only thing I would ask of the cleaning crew is to bleach the shower heads. Everything else was clean and tidy. Plenty of towels and pillows. We look forward to staying at this property again in the future!

Great house in a great area!

The house was awesome! Had 9 people there at one point and never felt crowded. The second refrigerator in the garage came in very handy. The house and all the amenities that came with it were perfect for our trip. Had a problem with one of the showers draining slowly and was fix the same day a called to tell the rental company about it. Would be happy to stay here again and would highly recommend it!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The photo's do not do this condo justice. It is well stocked, cozy, plenty of room, clean and well.......feels like your'e at home. The association the condo is in keeps the grounds well maintained. It was a nice walk at night and you can walk to the lake through a small path which connects to the association. The ping pong table was a big hit with the kids.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time in this particular unit and it's great! I love the unit, the air conditioning, the pool on the property... everything. As a family of 4, we used only 3 bedrooms - I definitely wouldn't call it a 4-bedroom since the bunkbeds are in a converted closet. It's well stocked with kitchen things, has outdoor eating that was used almost every night, and is a very convenient walk to the lake.
