During the summer, you'll have access to the boat slip (when the deposit is paid) where you can enjoy swimming in the inviting warm lake, kayaking, water skiing, and fishing to your heart's content. Please note that the boat slip is only accessible until October due to water levels declining in the fall/winter.

*The main house has a central HVAC system that is controlled with the thermostat on the wall in the living area. This can be used to heat or cool the house to your comfort. The apartment above the garage does not have central HVAC. A portable AC is available to cool this unit and space heaters can be used for warmth. The garage is not temperature controlled.

Great Location and set up. Easy to get to the lake and surrounding Bars/Restaurants. Boat Slip area is a nice set up to take a plunge. Easy distance to Yosemite Entrance and close to several local hikes with falls and pools. Small town area was easy walking distance and offered most of our needs.

Our home away from home

This house was perfect four our multi family vacation with a main level and two other separated living areas. Lots of parking room for multiple cars. And 3 full refrigerators to store all the food and drinks you will need. Fair warning, you will be climbing lots of stairs and walking very steep driveways and inclines the whole time so be sure to get your leg days in before you come up. The main level of the house is upstairs and walking down a steep drive to get to the water access/boat slip. Walking distance to town, marina and boat slip. Also very close to the main exit for when you leave town. We had a blast and hope to rent again.

Winter retreat

Spent new year week in bass lake at this property for 4 days 3 nights. Lovely place for a family of 13, rooms are good size, living room was crowded when we all got together but it worked out just fine. The property is in great location walking distance to pines resort and market plus restaurants and bar, also literally right next door to a great little Mexican restaurant. Only downside to my trip was the upper apartment above the garage, no heating in the middle of winter, power went out while using space heaters to keep my family warm, we havd to move the family in the middle of the night so that was bad. Couldn't get help because there was a storm the agent said. And also check in was a little weird i didnt get the information till 45 min prior to check in which isnt what im used to when renting anything. But over all was a good trip nice clean house. Careful parking in the driveway in the winter, the road gets icy. I would recommend this location and stay again. Just maybe not the winter unless the heating issues are addressed.

Joyce Family Vacation

The house was perfect for the size of our group. It was great having the older children downstairs. It was great having the grandparents in a separate apartment over the garage. The game room in the garage was a lot of fun. We could have used more dishtowels, potholders, bathmats,,,,,but over all it was a terrific experience. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

A truly awesome lake house!!

We had an awesome time at this lake house!! The location is great, with lake views from different spots on the property. Plenty of parking was a deciding factor for our group, as we had four vehicles. We loved the layout. There was space for everyone to have some privacy. Also, four separate bathrooms (five if you count the game room/garage space)!! A must for a big group! Overall the amenities offered were the best part. A well stocked kitchen, tons of games, multiple spaces for relaxing. It was the whole package. Also, the host was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. We had one concern when we arrived that was addressed very quickly with no major inconvenience to us. I highly recommend this stay for your Bass Lake/Yosemite visit.
