* The OUTDOOR offers A private 8,9m x 3,6m infinity swimming pool, heated and with hydro massage. The swimming pool is treated with hydrolysis, a system for the disinfection of water without the use of chlorine, bromine, or other chemicals. Makes the water crystal clear, without eyes and skin irritation, fully ecological, and kind for your skin. There is a sun deck area with an outdoor shower, and 8 deck chairs spread over two levels, one next to the pool, and on the artificial grass plot a few steps lower (also approachable from the wellness zone at the lower ground floor). At the pool level is a covered deck area with a lounge corner and an outdoor dining area with a barbecue (gas), accessible directly from the kitchen and from the living area.
NOTE: The pool water temperature, even with heating, can be affected by weather conditions and seasons. Therefore, specific pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.

* The GROUND floor: It is a fully air-conditioned 58 sqm area connected with the outdoors with glass-to-ceiling doors offering a very bright and open living area with sea views from almost every corner.
