House Rules:
❗ No Party policy.
❗ No Indoor Smoking (which includes any form of electronic smoking).
❗ No Pets.
❗ Quiet hours are after 10pm, thank you for respecting our neighbors
❗ Must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
❗ Please take off shoes at the entrance
❗ Please leave the home in the same condition you find it (return furniture to its original spot).

A $500 hold for incidentals will be placed two days prior to check-out and automatically released three days after check-out, provided the property remains in good condition.

Check-in ends at 9pm. You will need to check-in at the front office to receive the key to the unit. The person picking up the keys needs to be the same person that made the reservation. You will need to show ID and provide your phone number in case there are any emergencies where the front desk needs to get in contact with you.

Once you have the key you can proceed to unit 13E where we have on-site parking in one of our 2 reserved spaces. If you need more than two you can use the overflow lot which is located next to the front desk.

Our property manager Tim is nearby to assist in any way.
We have a No Party policy as well as a No Indoor Smoking policy (which includes any form of electronic smoking). No Pets. Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

If any of these policies are breached we reserve the right to add a fee of $500 to cover damages.
