Main Level (Third Floor):
- Inviting living area with a warm gas fireplace and a queen-sized pull-out sofa.
- Modern, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, and toaster.
- Convenient in-unit washer and dryer.

Loft (Fourth Floor):
- Charming loft bedroom furnished with two twin beds, creating a perfect space for kids or friends.

Every room is equipped with its own TV, air conditioning, and heating for personalized comfort throughout your stay.

Your stay also includes full access to the fantastic shared amenities at Attitash Mountain Village Resort. Simply check in at the Hospitality Building to receive your key cards.

Child Safety: Families are welcome; however, the unit is not equipped with stair safety gates, which may be a concern for infants or very young toddlers. A pack-n-play and children’s dishware are provided for your convenience.

This unit is connected to a hotel-style 1-bedroom, 1-bath unit that may be rented separately. Each space has its own private entrance, but because they share part of the building, you may occasionally hear noise from neighboring guests. There is no elevator and the stairs may not be ideal for people with mobility challenges.

**Cancellations made within the free cancellation period will be subject to a 5% credit card transaction fee**
House rules:
-Resort quiet hours: 10pm - 8am
-No Parties/events
-No smoking/vaping of any substance ($300 fine for extra cleaning)
-No pets allowed (pet-free resort)
-No snow equipment inside the unit or in the common areas
-Any issues or damages must be reported during your stay
➡️ A $150 refundable damage deposit will be held as a credit-card pre-authorization during your stay and automatically released after checkout if no damage is reported.

Upon checkout:
- Please take the trash out to the dumpster.
- Please turn off all electronics (AC, heater, TV and lights).
- Please turn down the living room thermostat to 65F and turn off all other manual thermostats off.
- Please wash all used dish ware.
- Leave the card key on the dining table and return the ski locker key to the front desk.

You are a guest in a resort community. Please be mindful and respectful of your neighbors and the shared community spaces.
