Camera 2: Outdoor patio, parts of the pool and the side entrance. Camera 3. Outside door of Game room. Camera 4: Corner of house seeing front driveway. The side patio has a noise monitor that monitors decibels but does not record conversations.
House Rules & Policies
âą NON-SMOKING PROPERTY: No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, inside or out. Strictly enforced ($250 minimum fine).
âą NO PETS: We are a pet-free home due to allergies ($250 minimum fine for unauthorized pets).
âą NO FOOD, ALCOHOL, OR CIGARS PROVIDED: Guests must bring their own supplies.
âą NO EVENTS OR PARTIES: Local laws prohibit parties, weddings, and gatherings exceeding 10 guests (including children).
âą MINIMUM RENTAL AGE: 25: Primary renter must stay at the property.
