Inserted in the SPORTSMAN Residence, its strong point, in addition to its position on the lake shore, is its sand and stone beach with private pier!
The two-room apartment is located on the third floor of a building (no lift) the lack of lift is compensated by a spacious terrace with a splendid lake view, equipped with a solar awning, table, chairs and 2 comfortable deckchairs.
Large and bright living area with fully equipped kitchenette, brand new and very comfortable double sofa bed, smart satellite TV, windowed bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet sink, washing machine. Spacious double bedroom with desk corner. Air conditioning, heating, w-lan.
