The property is equipped with high-quality materials and carefully designed design lines, which are intended to provide maximum comfort in a context of elegant and inviting luxury.
The villa is arranged as follows:
On the ground floor, the entire outdoor area of the villa extends with swimming pool, garden, covered dining area, external cottage with bathroom and shower, as well as access to the garage and the house.
On the raised ground floor, which leads to the villa, you will find a modern kitchen, an elegant dining room and a spectacular living room with direct access to the swimming pool via an external staircase. There is also a guest toilet next to the entrance, equipped with a sink and WC.
On the first floor there is the master bedroom with a double bed, a private bathroom with bathtub, sink, toilet and bidet as well as access to the terrace; a second bedroom with two single beds and a complete bathroom with window, shower, sink, toilet and bidet; and a third single room, partially separated from the second room, with a French bed and access to the terrace.
On the second and final floor, which corresponds to the iconic tower that characterises the villa from the outside, there is instead an elegant panoramic lounge.
Finally, in the basement next to the garage, where you can park your cars and store bicycles, you will find a laundry room with a washing machine, a lovely tavern with a living room and additional kitchen area, a small cinema room with a double bed cupboard and a bathroom with a window, which is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped and furnished with everything you need for your holiday at Lake Garda: dishwasher, hob, microwave, oven, wine cooler, hot plate, coffee machine, kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery and much more.

In the event of energy waste (electricity, gas or other resources), for example by leaving lights on in the absence of occupants or heating with windows open, an additional charge will be levied.
Guests are obliged to ventilate the accommodation at least twice daily (morning and evening) for at least 5 minutes in order to reduce air humidity and prevent mould formation. If this is not observed and mould infestation is detected after departure, remediation costs will be charged.
