Welcome to Bardolino Spritz, a bright and modern studio apartment between Bardolino and Garda, just a short walk from the lake and the scenic lakeside path connecting the two towns. Recently updated with a fresh, modern feel, the apartment is designed for easy Lake Garda stays - whether you spend your days exploring nearby beaches, cycling along the waterfront, or enjoying dinner and aperitivi in Bardolino’s lively centre.

The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests in an open-plan layout with:

* a double bed area
* a sofa bed in the living space
* dining area and equipped kitchenette
* private balcony with a side lake view

The apartment stays bright during the day thanks to the wide balcony doors, while outdoor curtains provide shade during warmer summer afternoons. The balcony table is perfect for breakfast or an evening drink after a day by the lake.

The kitchenette includes the essentials for simple holiday meals, including:

*microwave
*coffee machine
*fridge with freezer
*stovetop
*electric grill

Please note that there is no dishwasher.

The bathroom features a shower, WC, bidet and a washing machine.

READ BEFORE BOOKING:

*The apartment is on the second floor and there is no lift.
*Parking is included; covered spaces may be available depending on occupancy. Maximum vehicle height for covered parking: 180 cm.
*Small pets up to 10 kg are welcome.
*Please note that a car wash is located next to the residence, so some daytime noise may occasionally be heard from the balcony area. In the evenings the area is generally much quieter, although some background noise from the nearby main road should still be expected.
*There is a pizzeria close to the residence, while most restaurants, shops, and supermarkets are located in Bardolino or Garda town centres.
*The location is ideal for enjoying the lakefront, beaches, and walking/cycling path, though we recommend having a car for groceries, shopping, and exploring the area comfortably.
*A tourist tax of €2.50 per adult, per night will be collected on arrival, in accordance with local regulations. Children up to 14 years old are exempt.
