This bright and modern 50m2 apartment has 1 double bedroom with a full bathroom and a second bedroom with a single bed with another bathroom. The living room includes a single sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. Ideal for young couples and being able to enjoy Barcelona from a strategic point. Or families with a child who wants a quiet stay in a completely renovated building.

The kitchen is fully equipped and fully open to the dining room, allowing you to enjoy a large space. The double room has a great calm when opening onto an interior patio.

It is a great option. Located in a very quiet area, this apartment will allow you to enjoy the view of Gaudí's fabulous work: La Sagrada Familia.

- Check-in from 15 p.m.
- Check-out before 11 a.m.
- The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
- Parties in the apartment are not allowed.
- Additional charges: Barcelona city tax 6.88€ per person per night (max 7 nights) Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight.
- A 300€ security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out
- The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment.
The apartment is equipped with a noise detector, which is NOT recording at any time and it's only function is to detect very high levels of noise, which helps to prevent any possible issues with neighbors in case of inappropriate behavior in the apartment.
By agreeing with the House Rules you accept the presence of the device in the apartment and agree that it doesn't breach your privacy rights.
- If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€.
